What a joke. Came for my first visit. Took xrays for 45 mins and didn't even clean my teeth. Did the same for my husband. Made us reschedule just for the cleaning. Was 3 mins late to my daughter's appointment and told me I had to reschedule because I was late. Dragging my 6 and 2 year old with me. Canceled all my appointments and never going back there.

Very, very good dentist (Dr. Herbst), some weak and some strong office staff. Extremely poor office manager (Will). He is not helpful, argumentative, condescending, defensive and a poor listener. I think a poor office manager can make or break a location. This location would greatly benefit from more organized and customer focused manager. He was going to check on a billing problem. Did not get back to me. I then called and left messages for him to return my call 4 times over the next three weeks. He never returned a call. I had to drive to the location and go to his office. He said he was busy. Really?? Too busy every day for three weeks. No customer appreciation. Wish Dr. Herbst would move to a different location.

Very friendly and informative staff. I came in with a broken wisdom tooth expecting to be referred somewhere else. As a new patient, they took x-rays of my teeth, did a cleaning, and were able to perform the "simple" extraction all in one visit. My needs were certainly met. Thank you!

Ive had nothing but issues since i started coming here to this the office staff is not professional especially Will Mcmiller. Ive had a few unpleasant conversations with him. I told him i wanted a manager and that i no longer feel comfortable speaking with him. He told me that i wasnt going to over talk him and talk down to him. How can we have a conversation if Will is going to over talk me? How can ge listen to my question or concerns? I went into the office just needing 3 fills without any pain left being in pain and was back in the office not able to manage the pain in a week were I prescribed steriod and was told to give 2 weeks only to comeback still in pain I now needed a root canal. When i can into the office I was not in pain. They refused to fix the issue they started until I gave them payment for the root canal. Ive paid for partial of the crown and now they sent me a bill for 500 more saying they tried to call me to schedule my final appointment. Thats not true. Will likes to talk to you like you are nothing then wants to tell me about my account with even having it pulled up. How would you know all these details if you dont have my account pulled up?

I was very disappointed with my last visit. I have been experiencing what appears to be a pus pocket appearing on my gums. After exam x-rays etc. the dentist tells me that all my teeth look fine and doesn’t see any problem. Even the hygienist said she saw pus around one particular tooth. He suggested I take a picture of it and bring the picture back to him. Really? This is how we treat a tooth with a picture I take on my phone? Will I get an antibiotic because I have a picture? Technology is great but diagnoses via iPhone really ! A waste of time. Very dissatisfied with the service and no treatment.

I had an appointment scheduled to get prep work done for a crown. I already had anxiety about going, but I knew I had to get it done. I got the appointment and all went well. We sent the appointment for my second crown prep for the next day. As the night progressed the numbing subsided and I realized that I could not bite down properly to eat , the temporary crown was set too high and part of the rest of the structure was stabbing me in the tongue and had begun to break off. In which a portion of it became lodged into my gums making for a very uncomfortable evening. I went in the next day for my second visit and explained all this to a different dentist that I would be working with that day. He explained that yes that setting was too high and that they would have to remove and reset it which took up the entire appointment leaving no time to tackle the other crown I was set to get done for that day. In the first appointment I received 1 shot to numb my tooth and for some reason this visit I needed 3 which later caused my eye not to be able to close on it's own causing severe dryness that I needed to tape my eye closed for the evening. During the appointment my lip in one spot became very puffy and began stinging, the dentist tried to tell me that I had an allergic reaction to something they used but I just had the same procedure done the day before, I am assuming using all the same things and didn't have one. I believe he cut my lip and that caused my lip to blister. These appointments were on a Tuesday and a Wednesday, come Friday the temporary crown that took two appointments to get has now come off and I have been in pain for days. All of the factors over these last few days have left me in tremendous pain and dissatisfaction. I already do not like going to the dentist, but these experiences have left me in a very difficult position of finding another dentist while still needing to get this crown completed. I am very displeased with the results that I have encountered at Aspen dental.

1st apointment, waited a hour. Asked how much longer. Finally took me back. Girl said she was going to do panoramic. I said no thats not needed . She said its COMPLIMENTARY to new patients. I said, no cost. No bill. Free. She said yes. I get my insurance statement. 200.00 for it. Called office got a rude guy. Says its no charge to u. I said i was told COMPLIMENTARY. U BILLED MY INSURANCE. His smart ass answer was, well it was no cost to u. I said, thats not what i was told. U lost a customer. He didnt care one bit.

My experience with Aspen Dental was awesome!! The office in Bridgeton..staff, location is the best. Staff is friendly and quick. They utilized best sanitation practices during this time with the Covid-19.
