I went in for for, x-rays, cleaning and a tooth that was hurting when eating. Because I was a new patient, I got x-rays and a consultation free. Before I left there they said I needed over $3,500.00 of work done. The dentist, a Mr. Torres, seemed to have trouble telling what was wrong with my painful tooth. The x-rays were on a screen in front of me. I pointed to a line on the x-ray twice asking if it was a crack. He said no. After much deliberation, he'd said I might have a fracture, but he would have to send me to a specialist so it could be looked at under a microscope. What??? I could see it on the x-ray myself!! The only reason I gave my visit one star, was because the rest of the staff were very nice and polite. If it weren't for them I would give a minus 1 star. Needless to say I won't be going back.

When I went into Aspen dental I was welcomed with a kind greeting. I was instantly given the paper work that helps the dentist evaluate me. After a very short wait, I was greeted by the dental assistant. Her name was tafawny. She assisted me to get xrays of my mouth. I had several images taken and she worked quickly, kindly and with confidence while taking the images. She kept me informed from start to finish. After my xrays were taken, we went to see the hygienist and dentist. They were able to provide me with a great treatment plan to keep a healthy mouth. I highly recommend Aspen dental.

We laughed and we cried but overall we all made it out alive, Alyzia H, Mallory U, Ashley Z, Heather and Dr. Torres made it all a great first visit, wish there was more dancing lady's though

They work you right in as you get there .. xrays and all were fast .. got right into seeing Dr .. and the one who works with your ins .
I give them 5 star .. for all was accomplished.. next visit appt is set... second visit was good they were gentle and very good 👍next visit set

It went okay. It takes a while when you're there and they couldn't help me with a payment plan. I can still get my dentures, but it's going to take a little longer than I wanted, but that's okay. I will call them back and start the process since I have to pay out of pocket.
