The staff were courteous. The problem with my teeth was solved quickly. The oral surgeon was very excellent at what he does. He was very nice. The dental assistant was very nice too. I was scared and she kept telling me it was okay.

Cape Girardeau Aspen Dental does not care about their patients. They don’t answer the phone, make you wait forever, act like they are annoyed by you, etc. I’ve seen it happen with me as well as with other customers. They do not live up to what they are known for.

If i could i would rate millions of stars for Aspen Dental in Cape, MO! I drove 2 hours and was greeted by friendly staff. Shout outs to Karie, Hailey, Ashley, and Dr.Kaur for giving me a comfortable and great experience! I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my dental needs! Thank you!

I was not happy with their service. I have been trying to get these dentures I got sense September and here it is January and I still can’t wear them without getting sores on my gums. When I call them they have me coming in week after week. I ask about getting a refund and they said it would be up to the dentist. I refuse to make another trip to that place. I should have went back to the first place which was Affortable Dentures I never had a problem with them. I also noticed that you don’t post any bad reviews just positive ones, why is that?

Aspen Dental worked very fast to schedule my first appointment and was able to clean my teeth on a Saturday, which was very convenient for me. However, several people came into on the initial appointment and didn’t speak. The dental hygienist Dawn was very friendly and talked to me about life and the procedures.

I've only gone for my initial visit but so far I am very pleased. Everyone was very nice and very professional. We've started a plan to get my teeth in order and I am excited to begin. I feel very confident in the dentist and the hygienist and everyone else I've come in contact with. I have never had so many x-rays done on my teeth and am impressed with how thorough they were. Will give another review when all the work is done.
