I had an appointment today and was surprised to hear at the end of my appointment that it was their first day open at this location, I would have never of guessed it as the staff was fantastic! Everyone was very nice and very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly. I will definetely continue to use this location and would recommend them to anyone!

"First visit is free"
The only thing free is the xrays
The dentist will then walk into the room if you're in my situation with a toothache that has the whole side of my face,ear and head hurting... The dentist will then tell you "antibiotics isnt going to help and neither will any amount of pain medicine, I can treat you and pull the teeth when you pay the 1400$ up front"
But hey the xray is free thats about it.
Just dont go here in severe pain with your teeth expecting them to help you, unless you have major money to pay up front.
And don't fall for their "we have payment plan options" because if you don't have perfect credit you won't get those payment plan options.
They'll also tell you "yes! We accept your dental plan insurance and if for some reason your insurance doesn't cover it your first visit is 100% free"
Then when it comes to helping you or fixing your teeth then they will let you know they don't accept your insurance... I was told they accepted mine, made my appointment, went there in so much pain I could barely talk only after signing in and all for the dentist then I was told "oh well don't accept your insurance but this visit is free"

My wife set appt for a filling, got advised on everything but....no treatment plan, just "buy invisalign" sales pitch, and an appt for some cleaning she was totally unaware of, when she explained she needed this tooth filled expeditiously, they then said her appt wasn't available for another month! Mind you they called us to confirm said non existent appt! What a joke! So tired of new dentists coming to cape and trying to fill their pockets on us middle class folks...

I scheduled an appointment a month ago, and the day before my appointment aspen called me for a confirmation, but I was busy at work and wasn’t able to call back right away. I was planning on calling once I had time on my break, but before I could they called and left a voicemail saying that because I didn’t confirm my appointment, I’ll have to call and reschedule on a different day. No one ever told me I’d need to confirm my appointment, and I was going to call today to make sure I got the time right, but I didn’t get the chance before they left the voicemail saying that I can’t even go the day I was planning and scheduled to go. I’m frustrated that I was looking forward to this appointment to help my tooth pain, and they couldn’t wait for a call back before telling me I have to reschedule the appointment that I was planning on going to.

Worst experience ever stuck with teeth and my smile gone forever

I went to get a tooth filled, snd got a free complete exam, including good advice from a man , who in my opinion is the best dentist in this area. I had given up on getting a partial, as i had already spent thousands at other dentists, and was veey dissatisfied with their ill fitting partisls . Dr Christian Torres gave me s thorough exam and a good plan. After about 6 months of seeing him, i am pleased to say, i am no longer self conscious about smiling. I have a great fitting psrtial, and life is good. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. Dr Christian Torres and his assistant Bobbie Jo are very caring people and they make you feel as though you are family. They take the time to listen to your needs. And the billing department is very helpful as well. I wish someone would have reccomended it to me thousands of dollars ago.

I was done very wrong, and when I try to call I never get an answer.. I went to get false teeth only and ended up with a 3000.00 loan to pay back and I am on disability.. The teeth does not fit my mouth at all, there so big I literally gag on them.. I am not happy at all with Aspen dental and I would not recommend them.. Yes they do make you feel comfortable, but wouldn't it be nice to have some teeth in my mouth.. I have paid for these teeth twice and I will not be out any more money..

Very friendly and kept me reassured. The dentist was also very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable from beginning to end. Loved the receptionist also.

I would recommend everyone to go to Aspen Dental. Everyone is very caring and focused on making sure you have the care and smile that you need. You will not be disappointed.
