The ladies in this office all do a great job of being kind, understanding, and compassionate. I had been wildly anxious about who I choose to provide my dental care due to unlucky provider choices in the past. They not only treat me as a patient but as a human being. My hygienist, Stephanie, is the sweetest and did a great job cleaning my teeth, explaining what she was doing as she did it, and constantly checking up on me. Dr. Leslie always does a thorough check and explains what problems may arise in the future and how they can be managed. I feel well cared for and definitely recommend anyone go see them because they are wonderful 😁

General dental care was good but felt that they were often trying to up sell us to treatments that were not covered by insurance. They also did a poor job on tracking when procedures were done and performed X-rays too close together such that insurance would not cover. I had to call them to have them refund me payment for a procedure that they said would not be covered by insurance so I had to pay but insurance did cover.

I like my experiences here. The longest I’ve waited for my appointment to start is 3 minutes. The waiting room is clean, a little fancy even, very fresh and posh feeling. Every dental hygienist I’ve encountered has been lovely. Just the right amount of conversation and perfectly timed so she was telling me a story as she worked on my teeth and I didn’t feel like I had to talk. I like the text and phone call reminders. I was even able to change my appointment to a more convenient time when they called for my final confirmation, although I think I just got lucky.

Areas for improvement: I wish the dentist would introduce themselves when they come in because I don't know who they are and I have to put the clues together as they start talking about my teeth. I’d prefer that employees in a dental office were wearing masks but I can get over front staff not. However, once I was in my room with my mask off getting my teeth cleaned, a few employees came in looking for supplies not wearing masks. That really bothered me but I don’t feel like I could have done anything to stop them at that point. It can be stressful enough going to the dentist, now adding concerns about Covid so in that moment I felt disrespected.

I had an excellent dental hygienist who answered my questions, provided helpful advice, and did a careful and painless job of cleaning.

Polished dental got me in right away for a crown on a chipped tooth and Taylor was an expert fitting me for a temporary and a new crown. Dr John and Dr Leslie are wonderful!
