The visit was nice, and we were told our insurance was covering the exams for my family. We moved out of state and 4 months after the visits we received a bill at our new address: $107 for x-rays that insurance did not cover. This was my husband's one an only visit at their office, meaning he could have paid $80 cash with no insurance for a complete exam and x-rays (the new patient special). When I called to ask about the charge I was told we chose to use insurance so we do not get new patient special pricing, even though upon checking out we were told everything was covered and we owed nothing... In the end we received an unexpected bill and paid out of pocket after the office was also paid by insurance.
