They made a couple phone calls and I had them back the next day!

Dental offices have always intimidated me, so I put off going to one for years. I ended up with some dental pain setting in and knew I couldn't put it off any longer. I was so nervous at that first appointment but they made me feel so comfortable. I've been seeing Dr. Leslie for almost a year now, and she with the rest of the staff have been absolutely amazing. After a lot of much needed work I'm happy to say I'm in no more pain and feel great about my teeth thanks to them! If you are looking for a knowledgeable and caring dental office, this is the place!

New patient, made an appointment to get a tooth fixed that a filling had fallen out of leaving a large uncomfortable and very noticeable hole. They go through all the normal procedures for new patients ie. x-rays, examine by couple different people, background, you know the basics. Dr comes in pokes and prods the tender hole in my tooth. The whole time telling me everything that’s wrong in my mouth and what needs to be fixed. The Dr says the tech will work up a treatment plan for me and leaves the room. That was when I was told I wouldn’t be getting the hole in my mouth fixed that day. They didn’t have time and I really needed this very expensive cleaning done first before they could do anything else. So I go up front to talk to the office manager and she goes over the treatment plan with me. This plan of theirs is a month or so long and cost more then $3000. I was so mad and confused and in shock. Not only did it take me a month to get the appointment due to my work schedule but now I had an expensive treatment plan they said I needed before they would even fix the issue I went in there originally for which I made known when I set the appointment. Not once was I told that it would be a consolation appointment and that no actual service would be done same day. They compared it to taking your car to an auto shop for a problem and then the mechanics saying it’ll take longer then one day to fix. So I left the their office still with a large uncomfortable very noticeable hole in the front of my mouth and having to find somewhere else replace the filling.
The only good part of this encounter was they waved the new patients fee and didn’t charge me anything for the visit due to the confusion and misinformation.

She also helped out her staff, which says a lot about her management expertise. This is my first time being here, and I'm so impressed! I'm making Dr Leslie my new dentist. Very impressed

The whole Polished Dentistry team is amazing. It had been 17yrs since I had been to a Dentist due to anxiety and a number of other reasons. But their team made me feel so comfortable and reassured with the plan they made for my dental health. I can't thank them enough!!!
