Absolute Dental - Rancho

Love this office! We moved and was kind of worried on switching locations but so happy we did. Reina the office manager was very helpful with making the switch and helping me get all 3 of my kids seen on the same day. She answered all my billion of questions before making our appointment and as well after our appointment with the best treatment method for my youngest. The whole staff was great! Great experience from beginning to end.

100/10 best experience I have ever had since I was a wee ol’baby. Everything was sweet. I never felt judged or anything. When I walked in, the girls up front were hilarious and nice. The girl, maddie, was funny, makes the best jokes, and, is also professional. That cute assistant, Alanna, who did my x-rays was real sweet. She’s a keeper, i’ll tell you. Jesse was cool too, chill guy to hang out with. I just got my invisalign trays and the process was short and chill. Karla, who helped me finance my treatment, was really sweet, nice, and i loved her hair. dr. phan is such a good doctor and so nice as well. everyone was real sweet and good working. would totally recommend 100/10

Amazing practice! The manager Reina was super helpful in getting things done, she keeps things running smooth and always smiling and there to help. Very knowledgeable staff! We felt comfortable and assured we were getting the best care. Highly recommend!

I was welcomed with a smile, After they seen the damage Ihad in my mouth, I told them I want my smile back and they said we can do that and told me other patients who were satisfied made me feel more comfortable with my procedure 😁

I’m so excited about picking up my front dentures I had such an amazing and awesome time with Jesse he’s very personal and professional you can tell he has a compassion with his patients THANK YOU JESSE!
Also I want to thank the whole team for being amazing, awesome humans (lol) they (Jamie, Dylan, Iris and Alanna they all welcome you with smiles and confidence that your visit will be handled with the utmost care from the front desk to the back😊. And thank you Dr. Hanset for your gentleness and concern😊 If you do come in there with any fear Dr. Hanset is going to make you relaxed and confident that he’s got this and no need to fear😊 Him and Jesse walks you through your procedure😊

I been going here for some time now Jessie is an amazing Dental assistant Who will guide you and make sure you're experience is very relaxing he is very Knowledgeable When it comes to Each procedure the women's in the front is very nice and get u checked in right away I wouldn't change this office for none other #🤞😊 Ms clay

I absolutely don't like this location. They will talk about you in Spanish, of course while you're sitting there. The office manager (Carla) will join in! How professional is that?! It did happen to me. I called corporate to file a complaint. Do you think they called me back?! Of course not!

My experience at Absolute Dental has been a bad once since February 2018 and has been worse at this location. I've been misinformed on several occasions. I've only stuck around so the provider can start what she finished. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Staff is horrible and if they are on lunch break forget about any communication for that time. I went three times for the same tooth they could not extract. She was standing on my chair and knee on chest it hurt so much afterwards. They told me I needed surgery they couldn't do it. I went to another dentist and he pulled it right out. And the x-rays absolute sent over showed a few teeth that were pulled by absolute that had left parts of the teeth in my gums. They just left those in!! My new dentist pulled them out in a couple mins no charge. He was in disbelief that they would just leave those in seeing them in my x-rays. They don't care at all. Absolutely not. Horrible experience. Not trust worthy

It was my first visit as a New patient at this Absolute Dental Rancho near Smith's.. I would like to say that the moment I came in I already felt a positive energy amongst everyone in the front desk.

Jamie (I hope I got the spelling right) attended to my concerns right away & I loved her happy voice when talking to me. She has a smiling face that makes me feel comfortable. Dylan and Jessie were sooo patient in answering my questions so I can understand all the procedures the dentist will do on my teeth.

I was surprised and amazed to meet my YOUNG Dentist..! He patiently explained everything about the procedures I will undergo in the coming weeks.. THANKS DR. HATCHETT..(did I get ur name right?).. Thanks and looking forward to see you again.

I also would like to thank Dylan for explaining all about my insurance coverage...what it covers and what I will be paying that is not..covered by my insurance. At least I was aware of how I will prepare for the uncovered expense.

Thanks to Jessie... the Denture Specialist... I feel I am in good hands with Jessie.. & I hope I will have the BEST FIT for my partial denture that I will have in a month..

I am not forgetting Iris...for taking care of my impression...she was so patient in finding the correct size for my mouth 'cos the big & the medium really hurts..🤣🤣😰
