Absolute Dental - Rancho

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACE, UNLESS IF YOU WANT DENTAL ASSISTANTS TO LEARN PRACTICE ON YOU AND MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE: I'll need many pages to talk about my whole experience with this office, from scheduling issues and being treated with bias, to getting bad attitude from people who supposedly work in "healthCARE" and clearly don't care about anything except for charging you and try to take your money. To make story short I will mention here only my last experience, I was supposed to get 2 crowns for the only 2 teeth supporting my denture, I was never told about the process and that I will need to get temporary crowns before, and when I went to my appointment that was supposed to be for placing crowns based on my understanding (they are terrible in communication), I was told about this temps thing and I tried to accept it thinking it will not impact my denture that I always insisted when I was talking my options with the doctor that I don't want something that will cause me problems with it(I need it for eating and talking). My surprise is that he let his ASSISTANCE FABRICATE AND PLACE THIS CROWNS FOR ME AND HE LEFT FROM THE OFFICE BY THE END OF HIS SHIFT, which he shouldn't do per(NAC 631.220) that require the assistant who Fabricate and place temporary crowns to be under the dentist's supervision and the supervising dentist MUST check and approve the procedure before dismissal of the patient from the office of the dentist. The assistant who was practicing her terrible learning skills on me caused me a lot of pain and I left with blood around one of my teeth, then the lady at the front desk accused me of lying about my pain when I asked if the doctor left me prescription that would help with the pain I had. When I got to my car and looked at the mirror, my surprise was that she shove the temp crown about half length of my teeth or less, which made 2 gaps around my denture that was not placed correctly anymore, I went back and insisted to see the doctor asap and was told to come next day, I couldn't sleep that night because of pain. Next day they cancelled my appointment and I was treated as a walk-in and had to wait over an hour to see him, I complained about my experience and he seemed like he understood and gave me prescription and told me to come back so he can fix what his assistant messed up! that assistant felt offended when she heard I was there to complain about her ridiculous work and she gave me some really bad attitude, she was really mean to me! When I called to schedule to come like he advised, the lady who cancelled my appointment last time tried to deny scheduling me before my permanent crowns are ready, about 3 weeks, I got upset about it because she did not want to understand that I will need to stop every activity in my life waiting for them to be ready to fix their mess, the 3 days I waited were like 3 years, whenever I talk my denture will come out, and my job require me to talk a lot, I feel intimidated with how they made me look like, so she said she was scheduling me for whatever time and day I wanted which did not make sense to me based on my previous experience with their scheduling, so I asked for an appointment in couple days for my day off, but was never called to confirm I was still scheduled like they were supposed to do and did before. At this point, to save myself the headache and stress that I got enough from them, I decided not to go anymore and sent them an email(and included their “corporate”)to cancel any future appointment I might have and asked for refund for my money they charged in advance for work they did not do and to refund my insurance so I can get the work done somewhere else, but guess what?! Yes, they never bother to respond to my email, they just decided to ignore me to stress me more and make my life more miserable, I can't now use my Ins benefit somewhere else now. I am reporting them now to BBB, and my list of who I can go to is very long to hold them accountable in front of the law and make everyone knows about what they do. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!

The staff is absolutely fantastic, and they really make sure that you get the best care possible. Eric readjusted my night guard quick and fast and this is the most comfortable they've been!

Their corporate sucks a little bit, the "entertainment" while you wait are the same infomercials looping endlesslessly. Those ads have seriously made me start looking for a new dentist. Every time I have to watch those ads for a long time, I start googling for new dentists lol.

(I remember asking years ago if I could change the channel, but got told that the staff have no control over it, so it's corporate being annoying.)

The staff was very friendly from the receptionist, to the technician; the hygienist & Dr. K. They made me feel welcomed & that they were concerned as concerned as I am with the health of my teeth. Port of Subs, Broadway Pizzeria & Southwest Medical Associates are all in the same plaza...but ABSOLUTE DENTAL is the best kept secret in the lot! Glad I found them!!!!

I came here and Erick worked with me. The experience was amazing ! If you are looking for a good dentist in LV you have to come here not only for a perfect job well done, but they make you feel like family.

I went in to get not one not two but five teeth pulled and I was scared out of my mind.The office staff was so comforting and treated me the best as if I was family.. Dr. K did my work and he was great at it. He talked to me the whole time and I that made me feel better. Service was awesome. Thanks guys!

Karen, Gisselle, Eric there great staff super friendly they make you feel like you’ve known them forever ! For sure some of the nicest people I’ve meet that work in the field ! Looking forward to seeing them more often in my dentist appointments . Thank you guys ☺️

The staff within the office are phenomenal. As soon as I walked in they started to help me. My biggest fear was the wait time. To my surprise I was in and taking X Ray's within 5 min ( I took longer to fill out the forms). I really recomend this office!

I came in as a walk inn and Jerry the front manager got me in right away! My dental assistant Karen was amazing they where able to fit me in the same day to have 2 teeth pulled and Eric the other dental assistant made my impressions made for my new teeth the same day as well I'm very impressed with how attentive the whole staff is as well as Dr. Lamb she was awesome.menbeinhbabwalk inn I Neve emagined I would be treated so well thank you for the great service

The first time we came here it was a LOOOOOOOOOOONG wait. This was after rescheduling us twice. Our first appointment took several hours...the office was super, super busy and nothing was in the right place. I was frustrated, I can't imagine actually working there...! However, the work all got done, Dr. Rob was great, and my older two also had a braces consult. The office staff seems to be hit or miss every time you go as far as how smooth things are going for the day, but I actually think it's a great place. We have gone to a high-dollar dentist for years and I feel Dr. Rob is as knowledgeable and does just as good of work as the more hoity-toity dentists.He is super patient with children.

10/10 👌🏼 would go again. Erick and the doctors were great and considerate. Very thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. If you're not visiting this office, you're at the wrong place.
