I have to say that a dentist appt. is not usually one people enjoy, but the people at the rancho location are always very helpful and make the visit a pleasant one. Never a long wait, either!
Thanks to all of the staff there, especially for today, I want to mention Jesse, he was very good in making sure he answered all my questions thoroughly, and was just awesome!!!

I was in severe pain and needed a root canal! My experience was amazing! The office staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to assist you! The Doctor was fantastic, patient, informative and most importantly CLEANLY!! The assistants were also amazing, and so was Kristin (hope I spelled that right)!! I will certainly be referring everyone to this location!

I’m very impressed with the professionalism of this staff. Front desk was efficient and welcoming, and the dental assistants are amazing. Karen is very knowledgeable and her personality makes me excited to see the dentist. Erik is also an awesome person to know. Thanks guys!

I’ve been coming to this dental office for a little over a year and the staff is always very accommodating and always makes sure I am taken care of. From the front desk ladies, to the manager, to the dentist herself. It’s always a pleasant experience. Also Eric the dental assistant goes out of his way to make sure I’m comfortable and everything is taken care of before I leave. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had the best experience ever! The front desk staff were super courteous and friendly ! The Dentist Assistant was soooo knowledgeable and most of all super nice to me! And, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He explained my condition and needs in great detail. And, gave me great dental advice. I have established a plan that I am super comfortable with!

Solely based on front office staff RUDE. Just RUDE and unorganized. Appt at 1145 showed up at 1113 received attitude from then on. Just too much. NOT in my recommendation. But the back office staff AMAZING just beautiful, but them rude women up front just TACKY.

Excellent! Front office staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr Newman and Oscar are the best! I needed a tooth extracted, I was in a lot of pain, literally in tears, and a little scared. Oscar talked with me until my blood pressure went down. Dr Newman was friendly and is great at what he does! Got the tooth out and I feel great!
