Gentle Dental Charleston

Lived here all my life and by far the best, most efficient dentist office I have visited and first I have ever stuck with. The quality of service I have received for the price is fantastic and have not experienced with any business for some time. In and out, never any waiting and still maintaining the personal touch with a super warm and friendly staff I'm always excited to see. After a year with them, my teeth have never been stronger and healthier, which, above all else, is the most important thing for me and what made me feel I owed them a review. Recently had my very front veneer break off and they were able to give me a temporary so quickly that I didn't have to live without my front tooth for very long . It looked so good and felt so comfortable I would have been thrilled to keep that one, but was ecstatic when a saw my permanent. It was a work of art.

Today was my very first visit with Gentle Dental. I have to say, the office is really nice and the staff were professional and simply amazing. Both the dentist and hygienes were proficient and extremely friendly. I honestly cannot wait for my next visit.

Huge Kudos to everyone who assisted me today. It all started with the warm and friends smiles from Sonia, James and Kat as I walked in, to James who completed my X-Rays and stayed to assist Dr. Streife with my exam. To Dr. Melinda for a phenomenal job today. I honestly think she is the best hygienist I've seen.

I've always heard so many great things about this company. Now I know why they came highly recommended for me. I will follow suit and continue to recommend, Gentle Dental, the best dental experience out there.

Amazing and clean office!! Staff was very inviting from the time I checked in, till the time I checked out!! Chanel always has a smile on her face when explaining details even though I was in a rush. Ray was awesome we laughed and I enjoyed my experience. Ms. Lynda was great when performing a deep clean!!!!!! Dr. Aman was wonderful when explaining the outcome of my exam to ensure I understood step by step. Looking forward to the next visit!!! Management was great all though I did not catch her name!! Overall great and upbeat team, very welcoming as we all dislike the dentist office!!😂😂😘❤️

I been coming to this dentist since I was a kid. Never had a bad experience hear. Always with their best care for the patients. Highly recommend to see Caprice and Dr. Bailey, or Dr. Sheikh if you ever schedule an appointment.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. Dr Sheik is a very positive person who shows his passion for his work through kindness to his patients and coworkers. I've had a couple of procedures here now and I've never felt any pain nor do I feel nervous at all in the skilled hands of the staff here.

I've had very positive experiences at this office. The Dr is really great with patients and I am impressed at the way he puts children at ease in the chair. He works quickly and efficiently.

Each time I've been to this specific office, the staff has ALWSYS been really friendly, polite, & professional. I've had my fare share of a horrible experience with dentist in the past, which made me terrified of seeing another dentist. But, Dr. Sheikh has restored my faith in coming back to the dentist. He's very patient, understanding, & nice. He doesn't try to get you to agree to dental work that may cost an arm & a leg. He always tries his best to work with you & what's best & affordable for you. I had a horrible experience at a different Gentle Dental office not too long ago. When I returned to Dr. Sheikh's ofc & informed the FD staff of my issue, they immediately went & got the Regional Manager Terri, who did not hesitate to come out & speak with me immediately. She reassured me that the issue would be handled & apologized. I would recommend this office to anyone! They are great!

I have often been that person who has avoided the dentist unless I’ve had an emergency. I was scared and rather nervous due to painful experiences from childhood dental horrors.

I’m here to tell you that Gentle Dental is appropriately named! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly, helpful ladies who are warm and accommodating.

Capris was the phenomenal dental assistant that worked alongside my wonder dentist to ease my nerves and get me on the road to recovery.

My main reason for my visit was a broken off tooth and filling. On my first appointment they orchestrated a game plan to conquer all my issues and actually did a temp crown and filling as well.

Both Capris & my doctor informed me before executing each step of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable.

This was, by far, the best dental visit I’ve had in my 47 years! I will be back for continued treatment and highly recommend anyone to this fabulous practice.

Other than being patient minded, professional, friendly, gentle and clean: they are organized and affordable.

A tip for new patients: they accept Carrington Dental card and they will help you apply for Care Credit as well.

This is my family dentist, My husband Son and myself attend. Every time we a treated with care and courtesy not only by the incrediable staff but also by our amazing dentist. This is the place I not only trust myself with but my family as well. I had to have 2 extractions, this office was INCREDIBLE not only did they make I was safe a comfortable the procedure was FAST and the checked up on me every couple days till I recovered. Thank you!

Dr. Aman Sheikh and his dental techs provided excellent service. They were also very comforting. They probably could tell I hate going to the dentist. Getting a crown was a big deal to me and they made it as easy and pleasant as possible.
