Everything here at Gental Dental is top knotch Dr Dettlaff and his staff are very caring. While waiting for our appointment a patient came in with a large tray of home made muffins. Dr.. had almost tears as he accepted the gift that made his and the patients day. That shows you how caring the staff is. We recommend this Dentist whole heartedly.

Dr. Dettlaff is amazing. My 10 year old daughter is terrified of the dentist because her first time she needed a little work. She had a cracked tooth this time. Dr. Dettlaff and staff made her feel so much better about it and she didn't squirt more than a couple of tears. Before she knew it she was all done. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. He is so gentle and puts so much emphasis on how the patient is feeling. Staff seems on top of their game and very organized. She was in and out very quickly but we still got that warm caring feeling while we were there. I'm feeling like this Dentist office is named appropriately. They put the Gentle in Gentle Dental.

I love love love Gental Dental!!! Everyone is so nice. My dentist was gental and caring and answered my million questions without getting irritated. The Hygentist deep cleaned my teeth without pain and so friendly as is the front and back office. Very convenient location, clean comfortable waiting room. Love it!

All of the doctors and staff here treated me wonderfully! Cortney and Angel were more than helpful when it comes to understanding my treatment plan. Dr. Retzlaff was attentive and understood the sensitivity of my situation. Will definitely be back!

There should be a no star option !!!....I am so completely mortified at the service my son received at this dentist office that I actually went to the police station to file a police report . They did surgery on my sons mouth this morning which is a Saturday and after he woke up from surgery and we left the office we headed straight to the pharmacy to fill his prescriptions we waited an hour only for them to tell me they have no record of the doctor and they cant get anyone from the office on the phone. Long story short they performed surgery on my teenage son and sent him home to suffer in pain with no antibiotics or pain medication and no one could be reached nor could anyone tell me where the doctor who signed the prescription went . Why would you do surgery on a day when your office is closed and no one can be reached in case of an extreme emergency like we experienced ? Please stay far away from Gentle Dental all they want is your money , customer service , and pain management are not a priority to them !!!!!!!!!!!!...Please stay away from all Gentle Dental offices you will enter at your own risk because they do not care about you trust me I had to learn the hard way but you don't have to !!!!!!

I have had root canals done in the past, and they were painful and very uncomfortable. I literally did not have any pain with Dr. James Chen. He made me feel very comfortable. His assistant was great too. I did not have to tell her when I needed water or suctioning. I highly recommend Dr. Chen.

I am so grateful to this staff...Jenn, Martha, Marley, Courtney, Janise and Dr Dettlaff. I am not a good patient, I have severe phobias at the dentist. I can cry just sitting in the chair before any procedures even begin. All of the staff were so genuinely nice, caring and extremely patient with me I am beyond grateful. I would recommend Gentle Dental on Warm Sorings to anyone. Thanks everyone!!

I called Gentle Dental last Saturday with major pain in a tooth. It was after hours, and they said to leave a message and someone would call me back. I left 2 messages, and I still haven't gotten a call back and it has been 5 days now. When I called the office today and asked them about it they said "I'm really sorry but that's not our fault". That's some of the poorest customer service I have ever had. Anywhere.
