Great place, excellent doctors and office personal in general. Doctors assistant are so professionals. Caring about the patients needs and comforted. I'm very happy I'd went to this place for my Dental work. Absolutely horrible customer service. Droped the ball several times on getting my referral to get my root canal done. They set an appointment to finish the dental work at their warmsprings location and when I arrived had zero idea why I was there, and then pretented to tell me I was there for a teeth cleaning that was 350 dollars and was an upsell that i didn't request and wasn't covered by my insurance. This isn't the first time they completely blown it as a medical office. The worst thing is I'm going to have to deal with them until I get my dental work done. And no I still haven't got a referral to get my root canal done after several weeks of them telling me they took care of it. I'm going to have to go to my insurance and this with and handle it all myself. Completely worthless staff.
