I had been going to this practice for 6 years, and now that I’ve seen a different dentist, I’m more appalled as to how that office works than I was before.

Initially, I felt very well taken care of starting in 2015. I needed tons of work done due to the lack of dental care in the small rural town I’m from. This lady dentist I had did her best in trying to get my mouth healthy. She was awesome. I believe she really cared about me. After seeing her for about 6 months, she left and I was bouncing around from dentist to dentist for a couple of years. I would try and make appointments with a dentist I liked and would find out they no longer worked there.

Seeing dentists come and go so frequently should’ve been a huge red flag for me, but I was 21-22yrs old and naive. Another red flag was when they offered orthodontic care, they never went over the pros and cons of either braces or Invisalign. They just asked me to choose. Again, another red flag but I was naive. They were basically just happy they had me tied in for some years and were getting $5000 from me and my parents.

I did ortho and I got a lot of work done there over that time. The work was good overall for me (except ortho could’ve been a lot better), but man was it incredibly expensive!!! Now that I’ve visited another great dental office, I feel absolutely ripped off. My parents and I definitely spent up to $10,000 here.

On top of all of this, I feel like I wasn’t taken care of and heard. Any time I asked for a follow up call for a procedure I needed, I wouldn’t get it. If I needed my dental records, it took multiple calls for me to get them. They didn’t even give my new dental office my records even after I signed a release form. BIG RED FLAGS HERE!!

My last visit was talking to a new orthodontist about my jaw pain and essentially the guy didn’t care enough to look through my history and just figure out a solution, if there was any. Then afterwards, a snarky young boy came into the office explaining their retainer procedures like an absolute jerk. I’ve had so many bad experiences with him before, but that was the cherry on top. The office manager gave me a follow up call, and when I explained how unhappy I was with the situation, I was told they would discuss options for me. I never received that call and it’s been a month. It’s just an absolute slap to the face, really.

In conclusion, this place is a money grabbing pit that doesn’t care much about their patients. This is not the kind of dental office that doesn’t do decent work, it’s just they don’t care about you. Their main goal is to obtain as many patients as possible regardless of what kind of wait times it will incur in the future. It’s a corporation that could care less about you after they have your money.

Side note, Dr. Freeman is a good dentist. I find it unfortunate that he has to work under that corporate setting. It’s obviously incredibly stressful and time consuming. He is about the only good thing that office has going for them

Considering how much I passionately hate dental work, and am generally pretty traumatized by it, I had to give the team 5 stars. From my initial panicked phone call with Christine, all the way through the removal of my tooth and completion of a bone graph, I had nothing but support from the whole team. Dr. Freeman spent a long time with me, answering all my hypothetical questions and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. He did this live in person and again a few days later over the phone, just for good measure (ok fine I was chickening out). The day of my procedure, Dr. Ellsworths and his team were equally as nurturing and attentive to my needs. The doctors even called me that evening to ensure I was okay and didn’t have any additional questions. Top notch customer service all around. I felt as comfortable as humanly possible for a dental office :)

Amazing staff. From Michelle to Christina to Danielle to Letty and Dr. Park. Took care of my painful tooth. I am so happy I went there. This is my new dental family.
