This is the worst office for any type of dental work to get done. I had an appointment setup to remove my wisdom teeth on a thursday and they were to call me 2-3 days prior to this service, no one called, I had to make calls days before to find out what is going on. I am being told I need to get 3d xray, less than 24 hours before my surgery. Would it not make sense to have your patient get this done 48-72 hours prior to getting surgery. Now I have to cancel my surgery, and have to reschedule for another date/time which is 3-4 weeks out. The doctors at this office should know better and be able to prioritize what has to happen. I will never use this dentist or it's affiliates. As a patient I should not have to keep calling dentists office to check the status of the service being provided to me. I really doubt they would have even called me today if I did not call them. I will never recommend this office to anyone. There are no 0 stars on the rate and review or else I would have checked 0.

We’ve been going to this practice for a little over two years & it has progressively gotten worse as time went on. We moved here in 2017 & they were recommended by a coworker. At first all was well. We went every six months & each time the front desk got rider & ruder. I paid for crowns in advance & when they had to fix a problem, the receptionist tried to charge me again. The office manager got involved & realized the mistake, but it was ridiculous to even be put in that situation.
My daughter got sealants put on around the time of our first visit. We were told they would be checked each time she came for a cleaning. Imagine my surprise when we were told that she has two small cavities on the teeth she had sealants on. I understand it happens, but it just seemed weird. Here’s why:
When I made our cleaning appointments six months ago, it was scheduled with Dr. Hoang who we had been seeing regularly. I called about 6 weeks ago to reschedule for today. No problem. When we got there, my daughter went in first for X-rays & cleaning. While I was waiting to be seen I went in her room because the dentist did not sound like Dr. Hoang. It was a new dentist, Dr. Urban. When I asked later why we weren’t told that Dr. Hoang wasn’t there anymore, the office manager said she had no idea but there’s been a lot of new people in the office helping out because they’re super busy. (Really?)
Another issue I had is that Dr. Urban told my daughter she’s going to need braces when I wasn’t in the room. She was upset when she told me & I was completely shocked that he would tell a minor before the parent.
Needless to say, we’re not going back there. There were some other issues, but I think I’ve bored you enough with this craziness. I’m following the advice of my insurance company to file a complaint with the BBB.

This place has great dentist that does great work , the assistants are helpful and friendly. But the ladies that run financial part of the business is not so great. At the beginning of the year i had some work done. And their job is to make sure that i didn’t go over the allowance that I’m allowed for my dental insurance. And i did go over the allowance of my dental insurance. But no one in the office made me aware of that. I wasn’t aware that owed them anything until i got a notice in my mail. And the notice in my mail was to tell me that i was past due 60 days , once again i was unaware of that. Because when i made my last payment in July , i called them to verify that i didn’t have anything else to pay. And i was told i didn’t have anything else to and my payment plan was paid off. So i was very upset that they allowed me to go over my allowance and didn’t not make me aware. That was very unprofessional of the people in the billing office

I am extremely disappointed with my appointment given the fact that i like the doctor and the staff. I went in for a consultation to continue with my braces treatment, and i was quoted as if i was a new patient. I've had my braces on for 2 years, and i'm transferring because i did not like the work done with my previous orhto. However, they told me that i would have to pay $4,150.00 for 12 months which is the same amount my son was quoted for 24 months of braces, "because i'm an adult". Extremely disappointed.

I've been coming here for several years and they always do excellent work. The staff is so friendly and makes the experience as pleasant as the dentist can be.
