Oh my gosh!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this dentist office. My amazing friend and coworker Stacie recommended this office to me.
First off, Id like to talk about the sweet receptionist i spoke to on the phone who sounded genuinely delighted to help me book a new appointment. She was very knowledgeable on the questions I asked, for me in for an appointment two days after my initial cal, and directed me to a website so i could conveniently fill out my new patient forms before arriving at the office. Their website is simple and easy to use, and I love that when I got to the office, I had no paperwork to fill out since I had done it before hand
Second, the waiting area is huge, clean and not so dentist-office like! It's so warm and inviting and the receptionist I spoke with was chipper and alert when I walked through the door. She checked me in and told me to have a seat. At most doctors offices, I'm now either filling out paperwork or waiting for 30 minutes. But not here! My dental assistant was ready for me in 5 minutes of me arriving in the office.
Shannon was the SWEETEST! She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed me into the office. She remembered who had referred me and asked how I knew the other patient. It's nice when someone cares about you and makes conversation instead of being awkward, so it made me feel comfortable. We took some x-rays and made it back to the chair.
When she began to examine my teeth, she made sure to tell me what she was doing step by step. After some measurements, she told me so had acute periodontitis. My last dentist visit was a little past due. I had tons of questions asking why, how etc. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She made sure to listen to my concerns and tell me all she could. When she started cleaning my teeth, she had such a gentle touch and made sure to check in with me every few minutes to make sure my enflamed gums weren't in pain. She also showed me my xrays on the screen immediately after they developed which was amazing!
Dr.McRae finished off my exam by follow up questions and a look at my teeth. He was gentle as well. He had a great personality and was very involved. Other doctors i've seen have been dismissive and rude but he was awesome.
After my exam was over, Shannon walked me to the reception desk to check out. She led me to another awesome receptionist who was so helpful! When I got to her desk, she had printed out things from my insurance provider so she could give me an estimate on my out of pocket prices for my follow up visits (since I recently learned of this new gum disease I had). She also referred me to an oral surgeon and booked my appointments and said to call if I had any additional questions.
Overall, this office was so professional and easy to go to! I 100% recommend this office to anyone new to Vegas (or anyone looking for a new doctor). Thanks for having me in! I am (oddly) excited to come back in for my cavity filling and check up

So I went to this place to get some work done, 2 crowns and a partial, I was seen by the Doctor and was told about what my options were, the Doctor and his assistant treated me fine, then was told that I will get a quote from Dusty at the front desk so I can decide when I can start the work. Dusty told me she will send me an email with the cost later that day or the next day at most; it has been MORE than 2 weeks and her email did not arrive yet! Thank you for such a terrible customer service, it does show how much you "care"! Maybe they don't want my business because I did choose what seemed to be the cheapest option (what I can afford). It seems like they care only about money, so if you go here make sure you choose the most expensive option they offer you if you want to be considered as a patient 25K was for my case! When you read all the positive reviews here, ask yourself why most of those reviewers have only 1 review in google, and it is for this place only! like these people don't go anywhere else!! Yes, seems like most reviews are fake or being paid for in a way or another. You better don't trust the reviews like I did, and take your business to another place where you can have some respect and be treated fairly by people who really care..
Update: Dusty Told me there was no charge for my visit and that make sense since they did not want to consider me as a patient. But Now I am surprised they billed my insurance 104 bucks. Watch out from this people.
I WILL PUT THEM IN EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA! GOOGLE ALSO NEED TO VERIFY THAT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM LEGITIMATE ACCOUNTS.

I can't say enough good about Dr. McRae and his staff at Willow Springs Dental. Growing up I had a real fear of going to the dentist. As an adult, I was lucky enough to find a fantastic dentist who changed my whole dental experience when living in Sparks.NV and when we moved to Henderson, he referred me to Dr. Glynn at Willow Springs Dental. Dr. F
Glynn was also a fantastic dentist and I was very upset when hearing he planned to retire. My first appointment with Dr. McRae resulted in me having a tooth extraction and preparing for an implant and I quickly realized I didn't need to be worried about who replaced Dr. Glynn. What makes Dr. McRae such a special dentist (in addition to doing excellent work) is that he actually treats patients as humans and not just another body in the chair. He is very attentive to patient's feelings and concerns and really cares. The entire staff at Willow Springs is very professional and friendly and helpful. Going to a dental appointment will never be one of my favorite things to do, but Dr. McRae and his staff make it the best it can be. I highly recommend Dr. McRae to anyone looking for an outstanding dentist.
