I’ve been going to Willow Springs for over 15 years now. Even though I moved across town and there are over 100 dentists in between me and their office, I’ve found their are no dentists comparable anywhere, not that I didn’t try out a few.
I broke my front tooth crown off at the gum and went to a dentist near my house that my wife had gone to for a cleaning and checkup. That dentist wanted to extract the remainder of the tooth and put in a flip. I wasn’t having that. I called willow springs and while my dr was unavailable, his partner brought me in immediately and saved my tooth...that was 11 years ago and the same tooth is holding strong.
Fast forward to last year. Dr Glynn retired...oh crud. I had a molar crown break at the root. I went to a dentist next to my house. Why drive across town if my beloved dentist was no longer there? I’ll tell you why in a second. The dentist by my house wanted to send me out for oral surgery to have the remainder of the tooth removed. Unfortunately this one could not be saved. After an estimate of $2400, I once again decided to get a second opinion. I decided to call willow springs and see if Dr Glynn’s partner could see me. I was notified that Dr. McRae was immediately available to see me. Marc spent over an hour extracting the remainder of my tooth and I got a follow up call that night to make sure all was well.
Now to the last month. I broke the molar right next to the tooth I had extracted last year. I learned my lesson and know Dr McRae is my forever dentist. I called and they got me in the next day. I needed a root canal, build up and crown but why not fill in the gap from last years extraction and knock it all out at once? Other dentists have to send you to an endodontist for the root canal, Dr McRae did it on the spot. An hour later I left with a temporary bridge custom molded from the same mold they took to make my permanent one. Today, I got my permanent bridge. It looks perfect. I refer everyone to Dr McRae now. Willow Springs is a professional one-stop office. They handle every type of dentistry from general cosmetic dentistry to implant surgery and everything in between. You will be treated like family and know when you leave that you have gotten the best care possible.
