Comfortable waiting room and friendly staff. Shannon is our hygienist and she is awesome!! She is very thorough and you can tell she cares about her profession and her patients. My kids love her and have learned good oral hygiene habits because of her. She’s taught them how important it is to take care of your teeth from the beginning.

My husband and I both have been going to this dental office for many years now, even though they are located on the other side of town from us, strictly because we like them enough that it makes it worth the drive. The doctors and staff are incredibly professional, very personable and they are informed about the newest and most up to date dental technology—and they are gentle. What I particularly like is they have never made us wait! If you have a 10:00 appointment, by 10:05 you are in the chair. I appreciate that so much. I would highly recommend Willow Springs Dental.

The BEST crown experience I've ever had! Janet fit me with my temp first, (perfect) then when it came time to put in my permanent, one take, that was it! No filing, no shaving it down, perfect fit and color. Then there's Matt at the front desk who helped me with my insurance, pointing me in the right direction to secure I would be covered under a new plan with no waiting period and went out of his way to talk to the doctor about my crown replacement which was actually replacing a crown I just had done a little over 2yrs ago with a different dentist and of course different insurance. Last but not least, Dr. McRae himself who was flawless as well, in my crown procedure, not only that, but because of Matt's explanation about the breakdown of my 2yr old crown, Dr. McRae extended a discount off my payment! I wanted to cry! I am so appreciative to Dr. McRae and Matt!!
