Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to, have a fear of dentist especially with needles and dr.kwong was so caring and I didn’t feel any pain like usual getting numbing injections and he’s so compassionate and caring about his patients!! Highly recommend his office to anyone in northern Nevada!

Judy is amazing! I came here and had forgotten to eat and was worried about being lightheaded during my procedure, and she brought me a snack and a toothbrush before I had the work done. Thank you SO MUCH! 💗 Dr Kwong is also super, so attentive and careful in his work. I feel really safe here, and well taken care of.

Excellent Dentist and friendly and professional staff, they alerted me of a lesion in my mouth which was missed by my previous dental service 4 times( don't want to mention their name), and saved me from a serious problem if let untreated . can't find enough words to praise Kwong Dental Care .

The office was very cozy and clean! The staff was very accommodating and provided plenty of options and information regarding certain topics. Even though I have not gotten any dental work done yet, I feel very comfortable with the choice I made in choosing Kwong dental as my new dental office.

excellent first impression of Dr. Kwong who offered me a treatment plan that I had no idea even existed for someone who suffers from my particular issue. He listened to my dental history carefully and was able to narrow down what might be causing the problem. He did not charge me for this consultation but I guarantee that I will be working with Dr. Kwong in the pursuit of a permanent solution. I will also send friends and family his way if I have the chance to do so!

Very polite and professional staff. The work space was very neat and clean and the medical equipment was a step up from what I’ve seen in other offices. Kwong was straight forward with his assessment and let me know my options he didn’t just push me toward one plan of care. I left confident with the plan we set in place to fix my smile 😁

I avoided for the dentist for 15-20 years before telling myself it was time to start paying attention again. I knew I definitely needed a few things done to atone for my two decade absence. I called around Reno and found Kwong Dental Care. I've been a happy customer since October 2019 and now have scheduled cleanings throughout the year. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. And Kwong is the man! They're also very good at walking you through any insurance questions you have. Highly recommended

All billing issues were resolved. Kwong Dental Care offers high quality care with new equipment and a clean office. Highly recommend.

During my operation of getting my fillings replaced, I was quoted mid-operation that an additional tooth would be $21.

Once I went to billing I was informed that my insurance had maxed out and my bill would be $687. I am currently working through this to resolve the issue but my review will be contingent upon its resolution.
