I just love Dr. Kwong . He’s personable, explains everything and always answers my questions openly and honestly. He’s doing an implant for me and it has been a painless process. He uses all new technology and dental practices, including the X-ray machine that circles your head! His office is very modern and welcoming. Last visit the tunes weren’t working which was a bummer because I like having the music. I highly recommend the doc. (P.S...Ask him his first name...)😋

I think I may have left a review for KDC several years ago. I'm talking about at least 10 years ago by the way. There is a reason why this is and will always be my go to dentist in the Reno area. It's truly a blessing to have a professional that you feel is in your corner and will provide the very best of themselves each and every time you are in their establishment. And it's not just Cyrus. Cassandra is a true pleasant professional running the office and he has surrounded himself with top level assistants, which makes going to the dentist a very nice experience. I highly recommend Kwong Dental Care.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was visiting Reno when one of my dental crowns came off. Dr. Kwong was able to see me the same day and fixed the problem quickly. I think the crown now fits even better than when it was originally installed. Thank you Dr Kwong!

I had confirmed my appt. with the office, and then had forgotten it, they called right at the scheduled time and reminded me! The office staff is not only thorough and knowable but friendly and nice (unusual,as you do not get both), They gave me a detailed and easy to understand itemized estimate of the upcoming charges for work I may need to have done. the dental cleaning was very professional and informative. I like Dr. kwong, and will stay permanently. I have tried quite a few dentists and I have no quibble about this office.

I love this office! I have terrible anxiety going to the dentist. The second I walk in, the front staff greeted me immediately. The waiting area is very comfortable as they have a sofa and comfy chairs instead of hard office chairs. The tv was playing calming nature videos and they even have a great coffee station. The assistant was very informative about the steps of the procedure. She was understanding when I informed her about my anxiety and didn’t brush me off like other offices have. I had to have two crowns and three fillings done. They provided goggles, noise canceling headphones with soothing music, and even a weighted blanket. The doctor is very kind and understood my anxiety. He checked in frequently asking if I had any pain. He made me feel comfortable and safe while I was there for my 3 hour procedure. After all this I even got a warm towel scented with peppermint to put around my face. When it came to billing and payment they broke everything down for me and were very informative and knowledgable. Overall this office is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who has anxiety when going to the dentist!

Absolutely the best dentist i've ever been to. I've seen them around the country and Kwong is by far the best. Excellent job on a tooth and wisdom extraction. I felt absolutely nothing from the numbing shots to the stitches. His staff is just as amazing been going here for over a year and I will not go anywhere else as long as I'm in Reno.

Dr Kwong is an amazing Dentist ! He is both highly skilled and knowledgeable, an honorable doctor who is TRUSTWORTHY ! He is the BEST DENTIST I have ever had in my 68 years ! His staff is great too, they are all very caring people , and NO they don't cheat you or your insurance either ! And their prices are very reasonable. I am a retired nurse who would never write a review for a doctor unless I thought he was far and above superior to the rest !
