I love this office, I had major dental work done and I didn't feel a thing even though I was awake the whole time. The whole team was super attentive during the procedure and continually checked in to make sure I was okay. During my recovery I had some worries about my healing and stitches but the dentist had given me his personal contact information and helped me through it even though it was off hours. Phenomenal customer service all around.

Dr. Kwong and his staff are amazing, kind and caring. I have been a patient for 8 years and would never consider any other dentist. It’s worth the drive from Carson City.

This is a TOP notch dentist, I have had only exceptional experiences, I have had all my dental work done here since 2014, Dr. Kwong is a very upstanding and honest guy, he tells it like it is and only does the work you need. My 8 year old son needed some dental work, I took him to a pediatric dentist, they wanted to crown 4 teeth, pull teeth, insert space maintainers and do a ton of other work, $4000 beyond what my insurance covered, I about had a heart attack, I took my son to Dr. Kwong for a second opinion, he looked in my son's mouth and showed me that most of the work the Pediatric Dentist was going to do was unnecessary, some of the teeth were baby teeth and would fall out soon anyway, the teeth they wanted to crown only needed small fillings, he was able to fit all the needed dental work into what my insurance would pay, he saved me Thousands of dollars! He has now become my first choice to fill all of my families dental needs. I highly recommend Dr. Kwong Dental Care.

I was having a real bad tooth ache and they were able to fit me in right away. Great experience. I've gone to other dentist and some dont change anything when you say it hurts a little Dr. Kwong knew exactly how to not make pulling my tooth a good experience. I'd definitely recommend him

Dr. Kwong and his staff take great care of my teeth. I have been to many different dentists in Reno and it is hard to find an honest dentist. Dr. Kwong always shows me what he sees and helps make the decision on what is more important to fix at the time. My teeth and mouth have been great since I started seeing Dr. Kwong.

I've been in need of a good dental business; one that actually cares about its patients and doesn't try to upsell unneccesary procedures. After years of searching, I've found the place. Dr. Kwong and his staff are the most friendly and knowledgeable that I've encountered over the years. I'm confident in saying this will be my go to dentist so long as they're in business and I live in the area. I wanted to get an X-ray done of my mouth to see what was going on and if anything needed to be done. Dr. Kwong was able to quickly address the issue and assess what needed to be done. He gave me some options then followed up with what he thought, professionally, the best option would be. In my case he didn't recommend the most expensive option, but a far less invasive one that wouldn't cost me much, and said we could see if this fixed my issue and go from there. Highly recommend giving this practice a chance if you're looking for a new dentist or even new to the area.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kwong for 4 or 5 years now. Right away I had to have several fillings done and 2 years ago had a crown put in. I love this place! Never thought I’d be loyal to a dentist... but this is my guy. He does great work, but my favorite thing is that he has taken the time to explain procedures in plain English. Right before coming to Kwong I had some horrible experiences where the doc only came in for 30 seconds and left before you could even ask a question. This is never the case here. Short wait times, meaningful care: can’t complain!
