Very friendly and relaxing experience, the staff is very knowledgeable and they give you all your options and don’t put the cart before the horse, I very confident that all my dental hygiene needs will be meet with great care and detail.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. From the front of the office to the very last person I saw, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. My cleaning wasn’t painful, and I never felt like I was being sold something/service.

This was the best dentist experience I’ve had! I had a tooth pulled and there was no pain at all. The numbing of the tooth didn’t even hurt! I would highly recommend this dentist!!

I had a temporary tooth put on while waiting a few weeks for a crown. The temporary tooth came off within days, then due to my schedule and theirs not jiving, I had to try and glue it back on myself. It didnt stay on.
Then my husband cracks a tooth, and they tell him he needs a crown, and they put a temporary tooth on, and within 2 days HIS temporary tooth also falls out.
During one of my procedures, the young dark haired assistant dropped tools three times. (No she didn't use them after on the floor). The dentist had to show her how to do many things, I just thought the assistant was new, but later the dentist nonchalantly said "oh by the way, I hope you don't mind me training her during your procedure". Well, I did mind, but by then we are mid procedure with my mouth clamped open.
The permanent crown still bothers me months later. I will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.
My daughter has a small mouth and a big gag reflux and the same assistant was impatient and crabby to her trying to get xrays. My daughter doesn't want to go back, and normally she likes dentists!
Other than one assistant named Marsha, these folks don't seem to have their act together. After they fix my husband's tooth (since he already paid) I am finding a new dentist!!

Just went to the new hygienist (Michelle) She was wonderful! She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and gave me great suggestions. I will definitely be back!!!

Iam a tuff guy i have put a nail through my hand and pulled it out, duck taped it up and went back to work. The pain i have had fron the last tooth i had pulled was some of the worst pain i have ever felt and that tooth was not pulled be gentle dental. So i had to have another wisdom tooth pulled and i was freaking out, in tears. The dentist came over and told me its No big deal.. I thought ya right let me grab some pliers and yank your teeth out.. lol
The dentist Todd Cressman grabs his tool and goes in for the tooth. He had it out of my mouth in about 4 seconds i didn't hear no cracking or breaking and felt nothing..
I felt like a big sissy for all that crying.. lol
Now i have to have another one pulled and the only place iam going is gentle dentle.. my name is Chad Elliott i would like to thank you so much for mastering your skill Todd cressman .. At least it felt like you mastered it.. lol Thank you so much Todd cressman I will be bringing my wife and family in soon..

I would recommend this place. The staff was awesome, from the ladies up front , to the techs, and the doc. No need to fear the dentist anymore

The entire office was very friendly and efficient The hygienist was very thorough...Dr Cardenas was very nice and didn't pressure me into having something that needed to be done just said we"'ll keep an eye on it..Lola and Char very also very efficient and answered all my questions.

Just back from another teeth cleaning yes that makes 60 years of them and this was the BEST YET! Jennifer the new Hygienist there is WITHOUT a DOUBT the Very Best I have EVER Had!
