Horrible. I had two Perio SRP treatments. About few weeks after the second treatment, I noticed there are stains between all my teeth which never happened before.This is not the worst part about this place.The worst part about this place is I contacted them multiple times, nobody contacted me and give me solutions. I made an appointment in person with them to check my teeth, no one can give me an answer, they just made notes in my record and let me leave. Then I called them two times to follow up. They said they won’t be able to help me, their regional manager will contact me and I never get a call or email from them.

Great staff, each and every one. Dr. Ngo is an excellent dentist and really does everything possible to make her patients comfortable and well-informed about their treatment.

Not real happy!!! I had a crown put in by Aspen 15 months ago, and now they say there is a cavity above it and the crown needs to be replaced. Insurance won't help because they only replace crowns every 5 years. The dentist said they did everything right, but that doesn't help my pocketbook. It seems that everytime I go in for a cleaning there are added expenses. Considering trying somebody else!!!

**( October 17th) HUGE MISTAKE TO HAVE THOUGHT I COULD TRUST THIS OFFICE TO BE PROFESSIONAL AFTER THE FIRST DEBACLE. UNPROFESSIONALISM AT THE 2nd appointment with imaging AND NOW A THIRD APPOINTMENT with no one at the front desk for 15 plus minutes and i find out that the dentist that was to work on my crown wasnt even there and they sent in someone else with large hands, still NO DENTAL WORK! The office manager smiled and told me it was good I wasnt going to be a patient there. I find out after that i have to wait for Corporate to refund what I already paid into!!!
Sad to say they are not only very short handed, poorly trained but office management is RUDE. Unbelievable!!!

Set up my first appointment with them and arrived 20 minutes early for my 1:00.
While most, but not all, of the front desk staff was kind it was beyond clear they are overworked and understaffed. I was NOT told they were understaffed when setting up my initial appointment.
At 1:20 I asked if there was a hold up and was told they were readying my room. Later, at 1:57, the front desk came to tell me it would be more wait time and I could come back another day, wait until they had time or try for 3:30 that same day. I opted to come at 3:30. In the meantime they called back client after client never giving thought to the fact that I was STILL WAITING.
As I was waiting there were 2 other patients with the same botched scheduling issue as mine.
A complete waste of 2 and a half hours of my time for ZERO service!!!

Very good experience from scheduling my appointment to the exam to them going above and beyond to get my tooth pain handled that day even though they were extremely short staffed and very busy. Excellent patient care!

The staff hygienists and doctor are just awesome. The one star is because this place overlooks itself and you can expect ever step, the waiting room, the x ray room, the room waiting for a hygienist to be 30 minutes to an hour. When I got through everything and was told to wait to pay, I was exhausted and just left. They want you to show up with your appointment with constant reminders via text and emails, but unable to service you in a timely manner because they overbook. Their answer to my issues was a referral to another doctor. Their commercials said my issues could be serviced at Aspen dental. Just disappointed and lost money today. I will have to pay at another dentist just to get started.

I will not tolerate high school drama, inside jokes, especially from a dentist and her assistant. This is a business, and have enough anxiety with the emergency I had. This dentist knows exactly what I'm talking about. I hope she doesn't do this to another vulnerable patient. Was insulted the way they approached me about the cost of my emergency dental work, and my dental insurance. I am hispanic, and felt this situation I was in is because of my race. I wanted to speak to Dentist Aurora, owner at this location, or make complaint with medical board on DDS Paula NGO, she was good at dental work I needed done, and she needs to be trained on treating all people with integrity, and keep her immature judgements to herself, and not engage her assistant at the time, or any employee to engage on ignorance towards anyone.
