Very professional I called because my 10 year old son was having tooth pain. Aspen got him in the same day and were able to give me a proper diagnosis. The hygienist was awesome! I will definitely be returning and switching my whole family to Aspen dental!

Staff was great and courteous. The pricing seems a little high with coupon. No insurance so can't get second opinion ? For a bridge and tooth replacement ($4500) . Extraction $ 240.00 with x-ray that was free on first visit ? Charges seem to be extra $$. Overall when work is completed. Then a review can be completed alongside financing the $$$ to get fixed.... Business cards are need to be utilized.

The front office team isn’t really consistent and quoting prices to me before reaching my insurance company? It just seemed a little uncomfortable and not clear. Now I have to do 3 visits to get a cleaning verses 2 like I have before at other locations. I not confused with how this office works. The front team needs customer service training I think
