Ridiculous how they give you a 10 min grace period but come 2 min late and they won’t see you then give you a reschedule for another month knowing I got all my wisdom teeth removed and had a painful cavity due to one of them, don’t recommend anyone here if you live far

Dolson Avenue Dental was absolutely amazing. Norma in the front scheduled me for an emergency appointment even though i wasn’t a patient yet. She was super accommodating. Dr Waldman made me feel so comfortable and at ease considering the amount of pain i was in. He did everything he could to relieve my tooth pain. He explained every step during my root canal which was greatly appreciated since i am such a baby about the dentist. Wonderful office and staff. Can’t say anything bad about this office.

Dr. Israel Gross is the best dentist I have ever been to. I was having a huge procedure done and he was informative, caring, and did the work professionally and I had NO PAIN at all. Yes, I was awake for the whole thing. His assistant was attentive and all the ladies at the office were just caring. I am blessed to have found this place. I recommend this office especially for extractions, which is what I had done.

Everything was great. The front desk staff was wonderful. Both assistants for my husband and myself were great. My husbsnd is awful when it comes to dentist. He went in as a new patient with tooth pain. Came out with that tooth extracted and couldn't praise the dentist enough. So happy we found a wonderful dentist and office staff.

Dr. Gross is awesome. I was petrified of the dentist until now. Never have a problem after my visits. Renee is a sweetheart and all the receptionists are very nice.

First know that Dr. Gross is great! The review is for how the office handles calls and requests.Today, I called because I am feeling pain in my face that I think MIGHT have to do with an implant I have and unfortunately, I shared that when I called to make an appointment. Please note, I am NOT a dentist and just thought I would share that info because naturally, I think it's always important for any provider to get as much info as they can when we call. I was immediately DENIED an appointment and told that I would have to go to their FISHKILL office because that's where they now do implants. I asked if I could please be seen by Dr. Gross at the Dolson ave location because he is my dentist. I added that I have discomfort and I am not sure that the implant is the reason, I just thought I'd share but again was DENIED an appt with Dr. Gross. How is that possible? I cannot and should not diagnose myself. I was just doing what I always do when I make any appointment. Shouldn't I be seen anyway and if in fact it IS due to the implant, shouldn't I then be referred to the Fishkill office? At the very least, if I do have an infection, I would think that my regular dental office could prescribe me the medication until I could be seen at the Fishkill office. It is April 11th and I just called them back (and know who I spoke with) now and left a message with that person for Dr. Gross to call me back. I will gladly come back to edit my review and share the outcome when and IF I receive a callback.

From the time you walk in, the front desk is very engaging. Jessica, Margaret, and Natasha all greet you with a smile and stay consistent with positive energy throughout the whole appointment! But it doesn't end there, both Marsha & Gwen are so great (the hygienist), I literally switch every 6 months cause I love them both! Also, Dr. Waldman and his assistant Luis are both awesome! They will answer any questions you have and they explain things thoroughly. The office manager did a great job by choosing all of these wonderful people to be apart of her team.
Hands down the BEST in the Hudson Valley!

All I can say is WOW!! I’ve never visited an office with such superlative service. It all starts with the wonderful ladies at the front desk. Margaret, Jessica and Natasha who are all very instructional while also such sweethearts! Then we have Ms.Marsha an exceptional hygienist who always does such an amazing job, makes my pearly whites all sparkly clean. And then the most impressive Dentist I’ve ever sat in a chair with Dr.Larry, he knows how to make you feel right at home while also fulling such great service!! Overall an impressive office 10/10 service would definitely recommend!!
