I wish I could give this place a zero.Christina was ruled after her staff stated she changed my appointment from 1:30pm to 2pm. Not once did I get an apology from her. I tool time out of my busy schedule to take my kids to the dentist and I was told the work could not be performed.

This place is so overfilled with appointments that they don’t finish the procedures you come in for. They mess up insurance and don’t call back when you are waiting for their call. Had to go to a different dentist because I couldn’t keep waiting.

Amazing staff and group of hygienists and doctors. This has to be the best teeth cleaning I've ever had, hands down. They really do spend quality time with you to ensure the best possible care. I love this place.

Botched root canal. I used to go to a great dentist on 211 but unfortunately my insurance changed. The dentist here was at least 65 years old and had a terrible attitude. After 5 attempts to get me numb I still felt terrible pain so he got frustrated and gave up. I asked if it would hurt later he grumbled "yeah, probably". They then referred me to a place that was still closed for the holidays. I saw a lot of blood and he didn't finish and I was worried so I went to the ER. The receptionists are rude as well. The assistants were nice though. Worst dentist experience in my 30 years.

Long time patient for 20 years. For the past year been very unhappy not sure what changed. I had a scheduled appt and called to confirm. Then I was called later in the evening and was told my appt needs to be canceled, It was decided they will have their holiday part instead. I had the appointment since June and scheduled to take off from work. They have no weekends hours I guess under new management, they do not work with patients making it convenient at all cost It’s seems like your just a number, no consideration.

My entire family uses Dolson Avenue Dental. Every staff member is great. Dr. Becky is a doll with the kids. She knows how to get them as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommend this dentist office for adults and children!
