I usually don't write reviews but while I was waiting for the doctor couldn't help but notice the 'PLEASE REVIEW US ON GOOGLE' sign in the waiting room...so here goes...
Thumbs up for taking me during the COVID crisis.
Thumbs down for the 45 minute wait time.
Thumbs down for the $226.00 charge for 15 minutes of the doctors time.
Thumbs down for asking for my Social Security Number of one of their forms.
Otherwise your standard misery from the medical profession.
I'm going back to my regular dentist after COVID.

My wife and I have been going to D.A.D.since they first opened and have always received great care from all of the staff. They are both friendly and professional. We are now retired and will be moving out of the area. Hopefully we can find a dentist who is just as good. Thank you D.A.D.

Challenge for the day… How does one adequately describe a trip to the dentist exceeding expectations? So often, we begrudgingly see to our oral hygiene. Whether because of cost constraints, fear, lack of adequate insurance and the like; I could offer a plethora of excuses all pointing toward TOTAL AVOIDANCE!
That said, based on another practices’ recommendation and online research I was referred to Dolson Avenue Dental in Middletown, NY.
From scheduling same day as a new patient, to the Dental Assistant/Tech work up, through to Dr. Wisdom onto Front Office Support, the Dolson Avenue Dental Team is blazing on ALL cylinders!
Like so many others dental coverage is not provided by my employer and the NYS Marketplace and online options remain 100% unrealistic.
All told THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU on behalf of both myself and the teenager in the back of the bus!

Dolsen Avenue Dental is the only place for my family and I. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The Dental Assistants are gentle and thorough. The Dentists are top notch. The listen and create unique treatment plans for you individual needs. Plus the Tv's are terrific distractions for those who don't love going to the Dentist. They have great savings plans as well to help make dental care affordable. Finally, the work in tandem with Bracesetters which is a plus for me with 2 teens.
