Olentangy Modern Dental

The place was totally amazing. I left my previous dentist office as the staff wasn't very friendly. And all of the ladies that work in dr. Amy Gavin's office were wonderful. I can't say enough how impressed I am with doctor Amy herself. I totally recommend this office to any everyone.

I've been a patient at this dental office for almost a year. The care and advise I've been provided has been excellent. My dental insurance isn't that great, but I knew I needed an expert to help me with my oral problems. I was apprehensive about going to the dentist because of a lot of bad experiences with other practices. I got lucky when I chose this one; I picked it because it was a short drive from my job, and because of the Google reviews. They work with my schedule and my budget. They assessed my situation and gave me an annual plan to get my problems under control.
The office is located in the Mount Carmel ER building, on the third floor. It's easy to find and very clean. They have a great couch to set on in the waiting area too. It must be magical, it is the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. Unfortunately, they won't sell it to me. The dental rooms are great, the chairs are comfortable, they have TV and movies to watch while they work on your mouth, and if you have evening appointments, you'll get a nice view of the sunset. All around, the whole place is very relaxing and has plenty of distractions to occupy your thoughts.
I recommend this practice to everyone. The staff are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry. And they are wonderful people that have a lot of great stories to tell, if you get to know them. The receptionist/claims adjuster has been spot on with what my insurance will pay every time. I haven't had any surprise charges like a few other practices have done me. Even with all of the work I've had done, the hygienists have been as gentle as possible; I don't have the fear or anxiety that I've had with other hygienists. These women are just fantastic at their job. I couldn't ask for better service.
If you're in search of a new dentist, definitely try this one. You'll be in good hands here.

Where do I begin? Dr. Gavin and her staff are nothing short of amazing. Because of some childcare mix ups we had our 2 year old with us and the hygienists took turns holding him and distracting him so my wife and I could have our exams, then Dr. Gavin turned her office over so he had a place to watch TV and be distracted. They were incredibly thorough in explaining each procedure and discussing any additional care needed. I highly recommend Olentangy Modern Dental and have no intention of ever going anywhere else.

Fabulous experience! So glad I found this dental office! This will be my new dental "home" for years to come. Thanks to all the staff, dental assistant and Dr. Gavin for making me feel so comfortable and cared for!

All those years of grinding my teeth, cracks, chips-could have been avoided had this option been presented years ago-or available with my other dentists?!!
