My wife and I both had new patient appointments today. We had an excellent experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and personable- they truly made a point to make you feel welcomed. We would recommend this office to anyone looking for experienced, considerate, and professional dental care!

Collin and I went there for the first time today and had an excellent experience!! Everyone was so positive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We work in IT, so it was one of the main factors when we selected Dr. Gavins practice.... all the high tech dental equipment do not compare to previous offices we've been to.

Been coming here because it's really close to work. The staff are incredibly friendly and talk with clear, layperson words and without medical terminology that is confusing to ensure you understand.
I've had terrible experiences with dentists that have left me DREADING even scheduling a cleaning. Once I schedule it and I explained my past experience they were incredibly reassuring and understanding, and even got a referral out to a dental surgeon so I could get completely knocked out and not have to worry...which made me really happy. Since then, I've been coming here quite regularly and plan on continuing until I move.

Edit: Since I did my review, I've been coming here for all my cleaning and have witnessed fantastic client care and service to the clients being worked on, especially the little ones.

Hands-down the best dental experience from start to finish! Genuine, personable, gentle, and thorough. You will never feel rushed. We’ve tried a couple other dentists in the Lewis Center area and Dr. Gavin and her staff clearly stand out above the rest. Shout out to Mary Kay - she is an excellent hygienist! She and Dr. Gavin made my six-year-old so comfortable- she’s had some not so good experiences in the past, but now she’s actually asking how soon she can go back to the dentist 😊

I was in the chair at my scheduled time. Good experience. No pain. I plan to return. Super friendly staff!

I HIGHLY recommend this office! The staff is absolutely wonderful. I do not enjoy going to the dentist, and my new patient appointment was excellent. The staff was so friendly and truly made you feel comfortable and at ease. From X-Ray results to how they gauged the severity of gum disease, Dr. Gavin and her staff made sure to explain everything thoroughly. As a medical professional myself, I truly appreciate the lengths that this staff takes to truly care about their patients and make sure they have the best experience possible!

Dr. Gavin and her staff consistently provide an excellent experience from start to finish. First and foremost your appointment starts as scheduled which can be a problem with some offices. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and goes above and beyond in their service. Their care and genuine hospitality is really second to none. I highly recommend them.

Everyone here is so great!! I had ongoing issues with a previous dental office and when I took a day off work to get a cavity filled and it was not taken care of, I called Olentangy Modern Dental and they got me in the same day. Never going anywhere else again!! The entire staff is the absolute friendliest.

I recommend Dr. Gavin 👍🏼. The Office itself is beautiful, welcoming and very clean. Morgan was very patient with my children and nurturing all while maintaining professionalism and working quickly. Dr. Gavin did an amazing job as well and is really down to earth, easy to talk to and very informative. Every person I came into contact with at this office was kind. The whole staff creates a friendly and comforting atmosphere.

I saw Dr. Gavin at my previous dentist office. I followed her to her new office, Olentangy Modern Dental and I am so glad I did! Her office is beautiful, state-of-the-art and her staff is amazing!
Dr. Gavin is the sweetest most compassionate person there is with 'silly' side to her that is so adoring!
