Olentangy Modern Dental

All I can say is WOW. I don’t enjoy going to the dentist yet I enjoyed my experience as they were so friendly and caring. From the very beginning of calling in and dealing with my insurance issues, my issue with the tooth and explaining everything in detail I was thoroughly taken care of. I am so thankful I found a dentist that is all about the customer and makes me feel so comfortable. Thank you!!

After 3 moves in 4 years and several dentist later, I was so impressed with the office and staff at Olentangy Modern Dental. The staff were all so personal and kind and the office was clean and fresh. Being pregnant and not feeling 100%, my hygienist Andrea was very kind and communicative about every tool and product used. Doctor Gavin is doing business right! Thank you for the first class care!

If I could give 1,000 stars I would! Everyone in the office was so caring, nice and explained everything. They didn’t once shame me for the condition my teeth were in. I have been telling so many people about their practice this past week, so sorry if you try to get in they might be booked LOL BEST dental experience I have ever received!!

Dr Gavin and the entire staff are the nicest people you’ll ever meet! I drive 2 1/2 hours just to visit this office and will continue to do so. Dr Gavin and all members of the staff are constantly making sure you are comfortable and let you know exactly what they are doing, you will not find a better Dentistry anywhere!

I feel I need to write this review because I can’t express enough how amazing Olentangy Modern Dental is! I have diagnosed OCD and avoided the dentist for years because just the idea of mouth germs gives me terrible anxiety. As soon as I walked into my first appointment with OMD the waiting area was so comfy, clean, and gorgeous! I was early to my appointment and assumed I would need to wait a bit before my dentist was ready but, I was able to come in right away. The dentist rooms aren’t only clean but, they feel like you are walking into a home-environment. The rooms are bright not by fluorescent lighting but, by natural day light that makes it open and inviting. I cannot stress enough how patient, gentle and kind all of the staff are. Everyone is very empathetic and are alway conscious about your personal needs. I didn’t need to feel anxious because the whole environment and people are soothing. I can’t imagine myself going to any other dentist. Dr. Amy Gavin should be immensely proud!

OMG...is all I can say. Well, actually I can say a little more! By far this was the BEST experience I have ever had during a dental visit. Dr. Gavin and all the staff were extremely pleasant, punctual, professional and most of all, “gentle” with my mouth. The cleaning treatment they performed actually felt amazing. And as a result, I scheduled two more visits before leaving. This was my first visit to Dr. Gavin and her team; and I believe I’ve found my dentist!! TWO THUMBS UP!

They are fantastic, especially for people who are neurodiverse like me - they make a point of asking if you had prior negative dental experiences, and why they were negative, so that they can work with you to ensure you are really comfortable and taken care of. They have had nothing but words of encouragement for maintaining good dental habits - not once have I been made to feel shame or guilt. Fantastic staff and a fantastic atmosphere.

Everyone there was friendly and curtious, they listened to what I wanted done and didn't try to push anything on me. When I need more work done in the future, and I will, I will definitely go back to have it done.

The best dental office I have EVER been to! The office feels more like a spa, the customer service is top notch & the staff is so helpful & knowledgeable. I read great reviews online and they exceeded my expectations.

We just moved to Ohio from another state and it’s always so hard to find all new doctors. We were referred to Dr. Amy Gavin and were told she was so kind and caring. Well they were right! Her whole staff was extremely welcoming and kind. They were very thorough and took their time with me and answered all of my questions. If you struggle with dental anxiety, the staff will put you at ease. The office is clean and beautifully decorated as well. I would highly recommend Olentangy Modern Dental!
