I just want to thank the girls here who made my almost 2 year old son Noah's first trip to the dentist a pleasant experience. They were so nice and took him for a walk while I got my exam done and let him pick a prize. He was over the moon when he got his teeth cleaned and Dr. D was so friendly. My first visit to Frankel Dentistry went far beyond my expectations. From my first point of contact to schedule an emergency appointment (seen the same day!) To the actual appointment with the Hygienist and the Dentist right on through scheduling my next appointment was an incredibly positive experience. Was given two fillings that were not needed. The fillings fell out at least four times and I had to keep coming in. Very annoying! I always feel anxious at this office because of all the noise and people coming and going. It’s not a relaxing atmosphere like the office of my favorite dentist Dr. Garber.

Before coming to Dr. Frankel, I tried those other places like Corner and Aspen and found they were all about the money and then did not have competent staff. Since I already had a phobia of dentists, Dr. Frankel's staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Frankel made each and every procedure painless and instead of hating to go to the dentist and know enjoy going and seeing the great dental family at Frankel's Dentistry. Forget the others, this is the ONLY place you want your dental work completed!

The dentists, hygienists, assistants, front desk and the rest of the staff are just absolutely wonderful! You can honestly see that everyone there enjoys working not only with the patients but with each other as well. Its great to see everyone smiling! The atmosphere is so calming and they walk you through every step of your appointment. You even get a gift at your first visit : ) I would never go anywhere else! Megan (who answers phones) was VERY personable, patient in her explanations and very knowledgeable. Megan instilled confidence in me in your practice and is who sold me on coming to Frankel Dentistry. Dr. Andrew Smith has GREAT bedside manners & explained the procedures thoroughly and patiently. Heather, who assisted Dr. Smith, also has very personal bedside manners and was very patient and professional and explained all procedures thoroughly. I would go nowhere other than Frankel Dentistry in the future.

I loved the work that Dr. Cooper did on my teeth. He, unfortunately, is no longer with the practice. However, patient beware of secret charges. I always paid cash for each visit, and my insurance covered the rest, or so Frankel Dentistry led me to believe. In August, I received a bill with charges dated back to February!? Why are they billing insurance so late!? The billing associate, Danielle, could not provide a reasonable answer for that. She didn’t even offer to send an itemized receipt. And now since my insurance has changed, I get stiffed with a bill full of charges I was led to believe were paid off. I am the one who recommended my family come here to begin with, and now I will tell them it’s time to find a new dental home.
Update: Frankel dentistry contacted me and reduced my bill. I appreciate this professional courtesy.

Discovered Frankel Dentistry from the "Best Of Toledo" article found in a free publication. After living 17 years with 2 missing molars, it was time to return the ability to chew with both sides. Dr. Frankels team of professionals made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a person not just a "customer". Wait times were minimum. Procedures were comfortable and fast. Their process was smooth and efficient. Their advanced technology was impressive. Dr. Frankel made me feel as if he had been my friend since high school. My recovered tooth work is done and I could not be more delighted.
