Few days before I arrived I made an appointment over the phone and gave all my informations and the day of my appointment the lady says we don't accept this insurance .I told the lady how much does it cost to pull the tooth, she said between 400 to 700 I said I will pay in cash no problem. Few minutes later she comes back and says we can't see you because we don't accept your insurance. I said I have a credit card that has over 12000 available credit and I have the cash. Could you please let the doctor see me I don't want to wait for another week to find another dentist she refused. From this experience they don't care about the patient all what they care about is getting the big money from the insurance companies. What a shame.

I called Dr. Frankel over the holiday weekend he called me back within 2 hours, then personally called me back the next day for a time to be seen and had everything taken care of. His office is very nice his associate Dr Smith was great and Dr Frankel is awesome. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Frankl’s office is 10 out of 10 when it comes to dental technology. That doesn’t mean anything if the staff isn’t up to par. I’m happy to say the whole building is full of positive, knowledgeable people. When I have an appointment at 9:30, I’m seen at 9:30. The fact they can do a crown same day is very convenient. I’ve had a root canal and I had NO PAIN, that’s the honest truth. Dr. Frankl has established a state of the art office, from the technology to the staff! Recommended, and I have no problem using my name!

Covid-19 - Dr Frankel is charging EVERY patient $20 to provide his own staff masks. This is no joke. Upon checkout.. not even upon arrival, you are forced to pay a fee of $20 to provide PPE equipment to HIS staff. After arguing for a minute, we learned it is his policy, and not the fault of the employees. I was informed he is attempting to first charge your insurance company, and once they refuse to pay it, it is the patients responsibility. To me.. this is a window into his character. One.. he is trying to enrich himself by capitalizing on this pandemic to charge more for his services. Imagine getting takeout and seeing a $20 charge from every customer. Would you order takeout again from that place? Or is it the cost of doing business right now? He also knows most insurance companies will deny this fraudulent charge, and therefore asking his staff to collect this directly from patients. DO NOT go to him. If his character is this low ... do you honestly trust him with him other medical decisions?

What a great staff! After many visits I have not had a bad one yet! They get you in at the appointed time, everyone is professional, courteous, and highly skilled!...Go see them!...When was the last time you Wanted to have a conversation with a person that had their hand in your mouth!

Office told me they "accepted" my insurance, so I figured my co-pay for a procedure would be 20% since my dental plan covers 80%. I guess I was too naive since no one in the office bothered to mention until after the procedure that my co-pay would be $400+. Come to find out my insurance, while technically "accepted," only covered 30% of the cost at Frankel's office. Then, when making a follow-up appointment over the phone, their appointment coordinator entered me on the WRONG day and they charged me with a missed appointment. Never going back.
