Julia was great and my experience at Frankel Dentistry never disappoints. Due to Covid-19, I felt the office was taking great cautions for its employees and patients with the polices and practices used. Great job and I'll see you in November!

My experience during this visit was excellent. From the moment I entered the building, until I left, everyone was friendly and helpful. They have figured out how to make people feel comfortable and confident during this COVID times we are in. I would recommend anyone interested in the best dental experience...try Dr Frankel's team.

I went in to their office on 10/5/2017 to have a tooth pulled due to some discomfort I have been having for the last few days. Long story short I got the runaround as usual and was charged $140 just to be told what they “ Recommended” and then set up a appointment for a addition $320 to have the tooth cleaned and then later on filled and probably caped. They didn’t take care of my problem and I will be going to another dentist to have my tooth extracted as I had originally planned. Seems to be a office where they only care about your money to me and I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Not a fan of this place...MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLEAR ABOUT WHAT THE QUOTE IS FOR TO THE FULLIEST BEFORE STARTING ANY WORK WITH THEM...i just don't understand the high ratings for this place. We were quoted for work to be done which it appeared they quoted a amount for everything they found wrong (this is the amount to get your mouth in order) than After we got price we explained we only wanted a root canal done not the other few cavities done. again thinking the quote was for all the work...So instead of explaining the quote was for the root canel only (which cost was insane which needs to be paid in full before its completed) they agreed to move forward and started the root canal charging 350-400 dollars. Than to find out that they only did a 3rd of the root canel process leaving a large hole in the tooth without us knowing that was the fact....once we realized they weren't completing the root canel we asked to complete it....they said it would be a month before we can do any further work....now a large hole in my tooth for a month and nearly 400 dollars already paid.....we paid the other 400 (which was without the cap with good insurance which I didn't expect the cap but 800 for a root canal only I found that over priced ) they Than removed my nerve to complete the process that month later....it was just not even close to being a process and will never go back to a place that wouldn't give a expert opinion to say hey don't do half the root canal it will be uncomfortable.....at that point we would of know the situation and paid in full to complete it compared to the circus.....and top it off they mischedlued us by calling us to change the date. Than charged us 70 dollars for a missed appointment they didn't set properly...than had the nerve to say we will wave this fee this time when it was their fault in the first place...which I had to call and argue to get the 70 dollars waved....handled like a joke for the prices they charge

Dr Frankel and staff went above and beyond the call of duty!!! I was a new patient with a severe toothache! I had been seen by three previous dentist and Dr Frankel was the only dentist able to figure out that I needed a root canal! How many doctors see you the same day and start a root canal in that same visit?!? Dr Frankel does!!! From the receptionist to the dental assistant to the billing department, all top notch people who care and are there for the right reasons!!! These people are Great!!!! Very very thankful for Dr. Frankel and his staff. I sent an email regarding an issue I have with a tooth of mine. He called me himself personally that night. I got in the next day for an appointment, less than 20 minutes they figured out what the issue was with my tooth! I have to say I am very thankful for him and his kind staff, they all are so amazing!

I like a lot of other people are terrified of the dentist. But Dr. Smith and Heather did an excellent job. I had a lot of work that needed to be done. They were very nice and gentle. I will go back to Dr. Smith and Heather for all my appointment.

Blown away by this dentistry! Extremely welcoming & compassionate! Dr. Smith is very personable & reassured me that I would feel little to no pain & that I could stop the procedure at anytime for my future fillings I need. They even take you on a tour of most of the building and show you their lab & how they do things. I received above and beyond care & definitely impressed! They even gave my mom & I a blanket when we got to the room cause we're always cold (lol). I had called and scheduled consolations with many dentist over the past couple months for my wisdom teeth, & this place is by far the best I've ever been to! Too bad they didn't have an oral surgeon to remove them there so instead I had went to Toledo Dental Arts. While TDA's were quick & efficient, they seriously lack information giving, compassion, reassurance, & people skills that Frankel dentists definitely have from what I've seen. I would recommend this place to anyone & so glad my aunt told me about it.

Once again I experienced a very efficient, professionally ran Dentist Office. The staff is the best and the facilities are kept to the highest standards. Dr. Frankel and his staff are voted year after year as Toledo's Best. If you have not experienced the Frankel difference what are you waiting for?

Getting home from a Florida vacation with a terrible access tooth. Dr. Frankelk and his staff made sure I was taken care of first thing Monday morning. Absolutely the best service and care in town. A very satisfied customer Joe Always a pleasant trip going to Frankel Denistry. Everyone is so kind and professional. I know I am getting the best care for my teeth when I see Dr. Frankel or any of his associates.
