Dr. Michealson is a phenomenal dentist. He dis a phenomenal job dealing with me my wife and 4 kids dental issues. The support staff is grand as well. Extremely professional

Chloe and dr. Willis where so sweet, I had gone through dental arts of catoosa for wisdom teeth surgery. I have a huge phobia of needles and dental arts where willing to give me alternative options so I’d never see a single needle through the process,I went in for a check up to be sure everything was healing.

I absolutely loved this place! I had a dental emergency happen on a weekend and didn’t think I would be able to have it fixed until Monday, but Dental Arts of Catoosa got me in on a SATURDAY! The staff was so friendly, they reassured me that they would get it fixed for me and that’s exactly what they did. They are a great team! Dr. Willis did a great job on getting my tooth fixed and got me out the door within an hour or so. Amber, Skylar, Tierney, Liz, and Kayla are a few of the staff members that really stood out to me! But everyone there was AMAZING! I very highly recommend this place for any and all of your dental needs!

I had to go in for emergency dental work and I was seen right away not only was Leslie amazing at helping me figure out payment plans that for m and my needs best but Julie also helped me figure out what would work and they were so patient I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. Caitlin fitz the dental assistant made my stay very comfortable and was someone I could feel comfortable talking to wasn’t your normal dentist visit, and the head dentist was amazing as well relatable and talked me through everything and insured I wasn’t in any pain at all. I could keep going on about how amazing the staff is. and I will definitely be coming back. I’ve had a lot of trouble with dental work and this is bad far one of the best offices I’ve been to. Highly recommend

Friendly staff, but really only seems like they’re worried about money. I felt really pressured by the sales lady and bombarded because I couldn’t even just get my teeth cleaned. The assistant couldn’t do her job and was stopped mid clean 3 different times because the sales person kept coming in their to discuss the cost of treatment. An appointment that should’ve only taken maybe 30 minutes, took over an hour due to this. Their priority is getting your money vs actually getting you treated.

Appointment at 7am. Went back at 705ish. Not bad, but sat there till almost 730 waiting on the hygienist. I am also in the customer service field and I found communication is a great asset for anxious people who don't really care to be at a certain place. So making people wait creates frustration for the customer and provider.

Everyone I met at Dental Arts shocked me with their kindness and willingness to serve. Two of them stayed two hours past the end of their shifts to help me. They even walked me to my car afterwards since it was dark by the time I left. I have never felt so comfortable and cared for when receiving medical advice and treatment. I will be so happy to continue to go to them for my dental needs.

Our family’s experience started with an unexpected emergency where my mother, newly moved back to the state, had a filling fall out and had the worst pain she’s felt pretty much since the birth of her children. All of this happened at 4:30 on a Thursday while out shopping for Christmas so finding a dentist was the last thing on our to do list. We called around 7 different metro dentist that claimed to handle emergencies but none had actual after hours options. When we found Dental Arts of Catoosa, we were desperate and man did they deliver. They took my mother as a new patient immediately and handled her pain shortly after we walked in the door. The front desk staff were amazing in calming her down and were patient with getting all the paperwork handled. They had a dental plan for her and took care of her in an expert way. They were so welcoming and calming in a very intense situation. I recommend their office to anyone as they took special care of complete strangers during and after hours situation with grace and professionalism.

We love Dental Arts of Catoosa! The service is fast and top-notch, the facilities are immaculate! We especially love Dr. Scott Robinson. We have 4 children, and Dr. Robinson is GREAT with kids! Awesome place for dental care for the whole family!
