I’ve been a patient with Dental Arts of Catoosa for several years. There was a point in my life that I moved out of state, and I still drove 300 miles every 6 months to be seen here! It was worth the drive, because I knew I wouldn’t be able to find this quality of care anywhere else.
Dr. Michaelsen and his staff are genuine and kind hearted people. Their character speaks volumes, and they will always have mine and my family’s business!

I was a new patient called on a Saturday and they got me in on the same day gave me a root canal pain gone. Two days later I was having terrible pain on another tooth I called they got me in that very day and had another root canal done on the tooth that was hurting. I highly recommend Dr Willis and his assistant Kalynn they are very friendly and work with you .

From the moment the first person answered my phone call, to every time I've been in contact since to discuss my treatment plan, schedule appointments, etc. THE STAFF HAS BEEN AMAZING. They answer the phone "..... how can I make you smile?"...... and customer service remains top tier from reception/front office, to hygienist, to Dr. Michaelsen, to Office Manager, and beyond. Thrilled to have stumbled upon this office. 5 stars because the system won't let me give 10. Dr. Michaelsen is funny also, so that's a bonus plus! Highly recommend.

WOW !!! ⭐️🔥⭐️ “EXCELLENCE” A term sought after by so many.
The Second I walked through the door I was met with such kindness and true professionalism. To put it lightly , I was painfully terrified. I Immediately felt better with the front office greetings and encouragement . The Customer service Literally from Top to Bottom is second to none !! The owner / Dr. Michelson spent at least 30 min with me explaining and educating me with sound insight, procedures ,technology and a final outcome with such a passion for providing the best plan available. I had many questions, of which he listened and even allowed me to share many details of my own journey and experiences outside the scope of Dentistry.
Val whom first contacted me after I made an appointment online , spent all day off and on texting with me encouraging me to come in , Truth being told , I hadn’t been to see a Dentist in 20 years .A total stranger helped me through it all , and if it wasn’t for her kindness and encouragement, I would have never made it to the dentist chair @ DENTAL ARTS IN CATOOSA .

Dr. Andy was super cool!! and so was Dr. Robinson !! Who Both allowed me to ask numerous questions and providing such a comfort level with light hearted pleasantries.
