Dr. Hinkle changed my smile and my life!! I already had what some would call a nice smile, but I had severe lower crowding and a significant overbite that I was self-conscious about. Two orthodontist's wanted to break my jaw, reposition it, remove 4 teeth and then set me in standard braces. At 37, this wasn't an option.

Utica Dental is the best dental office I have ever been too! I love the way they took the time to explain everything to me so that I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Hinkle was very nice and even showed me my xrays on the tv while explaining everything step by step as to what was going on. The office was really clean and well taken care of. The massage chairs with televisions above were so relaxing and really took my mind off of where I was. I especially liked the staff. They were so friendly and inviting. The treatment person was excellent! She told me everything I needed to know about all my upcoming appointments, insurance, and copays! I am referring all my friends and family!

This office is amazing! Dr. Hinkle and his staff are extremely friendly and it shows that they truly enjoy their jobs. They go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable at this dental office. They take pride in their work. My last visit felt like I was in a spa and not at the dentist!!! All their chairs have back massagers and they have stations with either a computer screen (showing you the xrays of your teeth) or a TV directly above you. They teach you about how to take care of your gums and teeth and explain in detail what they plan on doing in your mouth. They also explain how your dental insurance will cover or not cover. Most importantly Dr. Hinkle makes sure you feel no pain and really cares about you as his patient that he will personally call you to check on how you're recovering and see if you are in any pain. Overall, I am so glad I switch dentists. Dr. Hinkle and his staff make me feel like a valued patient. Please visit their office and see for yourself! Its right on Utica and 17th St, called Utica Dental...should be called Utica Spa and Dental!

I am someone who has never been comfortable going to the dentist. From the moment I walked through Dr. Hinkle’s door, I was completely at ease. The staff is kind and caring. Dr. Hinkle is an absolute pleasure to be around and he really knows his stuff!
They have walked me through everything step by step, even going through my xrays and explaining each individual piece so that I know exactly what they are looking at.
I can’t recommend these guys enough!
