My sister went to see Dr. Hinkle for a free consultation on Invisalign back in June of 2015. There were discussions on how Invisalign work, the price, options on it, examining her teeth, how long the process is , and answered questions. There was absolutely no work done on my sister's teeth, as it was just a free consultation. Well that all turned out to be a lie. She wanted more time to think over it and see other options out there. We
left the office without getting anything done to her teeth or sign any papers for the Invisalign work to be done. No charges were given to us or a billing statement right then, as it was supposedly free when we scheduled the consultation. A few weeks later, she received a bill in the mail for $209 from Utica Dental! Did not state what was done for that amount. We refused to pay it, because it is nothing but a scam from a con-man. They end up sending it to a debt collector and that is why I wrote this review now. It's not that we cannot pay that amount. It all come down to the bad work ethics Dr.Hinkle is conducting. We will not condone unethical business practices! Dr.Hinkle has faces charges for fraud against his clients in the past. This is the same man that will continue to do whatever it is for money. Will not recommend Utica Dental or any of their associates to others.
