It's obvious from the upbeat atmosphere throughout the entire office that everyone is on-point with the patient foremost in their minds. Great effort and concern is given in making sure that the patient is aware of what is being done and why. Dr. Mitchell works methodically in her work to ensure that her patients have the very best results as possible as well as making the process as pain free as possible.

I ate a piece of caramel over the weekend and broke my crown, so I contacted Dr. Mitchell and her office called me on a Sunday to let me know they would work me in on Wednesday. The staff there is so remarkable when it comes to patient care. They are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. They make sure you are not in any pain no matter what and are always making sure you are comfortable throughout your procedure. I couldn't had asked for any better service than I receive there every single time I go there. Dr. Mitchell and her staff gives the best Dental care. Thank you Dr. Mitchell!

I have a toddler and called about a teeth cleaning and pricing because we were unsure about paying for dental insurance for a toddler. We were advised to get dental insurance and schedule a happy visit. At my 6 month check up, I asked to schedule a happy visit. I was told that only 3 year olds can have happy visits—despite the website stating differently and my phone call the week prior. When I tried to explain this to the secretary up front, I was met with attitude. She reluctantly scheduled a happy visit. When we arrived for the happy visit the dental hygienist was kind. However, we asked if an adult could sit in the chair prior to our toddler. We were told no. We asked if we could set her in the chair. We were also no. So, this is child friendly. The assistant then made a clear point that this is only for the parents and no the child. We felt parent-shames for simply desiring someone to work with our 2-year old, who has a full set of teeth.
