I just went to Dr. Mitchell looking for information about some pain in my tooth. I am a grad student and don't have coverage. I was looking to understand what my options were and what a time-frame would be considering my financial restrictions. She did a terrible job discussing options. When I spoke to the receptionist, she said Dr. Mitchell would take time to talk through the options and would be compassionate. She took about 5 minutes with my telling me about the options using worst-case scenario language. I was really hoping to have a helpful experience and only came out frustrated.
