I just had some minor dental surgery today and the experience was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and professional. Full disclosure , as with many businesses, as I was checking out the front desk mentioned that posting a review would be appreciated and noted. However, even without this specific ask, I would have been more to happy to write a review about my positive experience at Aiken Family Dentistry. Dr. Patel and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth were both extremely professional and thorough. I have had a very bad dentist experience in the past and am always nervous about going to a new dentist. Luckily this was a great experience, so much so, that I made an appointment for my husband just before Ieaving. Highly recommend!

Dr Patel and staff are fantastic. I absolutely hate going the dentist, but they make you feel so comfortable. They answer all your questions and ask you through out your procedure if you are doing alright. They are also great with children. My son loves going to the dentist, because the staff sat down and talked to him and explained how to brush your teeth and the importance in a way he can understand.

Accessible location, friendly staff, and excellent dentist! It is easy for me to get appointments when I need them or when works for me. The staff up front are very clear about what is covered and what you pay. The staff that helps the dentist in the back share what they are doing and explain things very well. Everyone is concerned that you are comfortable. Both my husband and I continue to have consistently positive experiences and are enjoying Aiken Family Dentistry! All around great place, give it a try if you are shopping for a new dentist :)

First time in the office the office is so pretty and smells lovely! The staff is very friendly. Jamie the hygienist is very sweet and took care of my teeth and helped with a treatment plan. Dr. Patel is a really cool and funny guy I'm happy google helped find me this office! They are now my primary dentist for my family!

This experience was wonderful. Dr Patel manages pain 100 percent. In fact, the whole 2 hour experience was very relaxing. Monetary charges are clearly explained and discussed prior to any work being done. The comfort of the patient is continually monitored, and I was never in any discomfort. Dr Patel and staff worked on 2 of my cracked teeth and successfully salvaged them. I was very happy with the entire experience. Finally , Dr. Patel and staff are very thorough and patient with answering any of the questions I had. All procedures were thoroughly explained in advance, and as stated, the entire experience was a blessing.

The best dentist office I've been to in years. Staff are amazing, very knowledgeable take good care of you. Dr. Patel took really good care of me and explained everything to me as to what he was doing and what still needed to be done.

Excellent service. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Hygentists are wonderful and thorough on their dental cleanings. Dr. Patel did an excellent job in response to my questions and explaining my issues and plans to proceed. You can tell they all take pride in their business.

Amazing experience! My daughter, who is 8, has a fear of dentists due to two bad experiences. We were both a little worried before the appointment because I knew she needed a tooth pulled, but the entire staff and the doctor were amazing!! She was so relaxed and comfortable they ended up pulling THREE teeth!! Clean office, friendly staff, awesome child friendly dentist. I will use this office for all of my children...Dr. Patel was so great. I'm very pleased!!!!!

We take our entire family here. Very professional, clean and well maintained office and equipment, staff is very kid friendly. Dr. Patel was the first dentist to EVER go over X-rays of my teeth with me . We couldn’t be more pleased.
