I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his very friendly and professionally trained staff to anyone looking for a great dentistry. My whole family has just started going to Dr Patel and couldn't be happier with our choice of all the dentist we had to chose from. The atmosphere of the offices is very welcoming and the staff go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable and get what you need. I love my hygienist, we talked like we were old friends not just patient and hygienist and I like that because it made me feel comfortable. What I love the most is how Dr. Patel explained my option and was willing to do either that I choose and not make me feel bad about the choice I wanted. Thanks Dr. Patel for bring a great dentistry to our community, we need more business principles like yours in America. Unless something changes out of my control me and my family will be life long patients of yours.

I came back to Aiken Family Dentistry for my annual ck up, because they are very good and patient with me. I recommend the staff and of course Dr. Patel. Today I had Connie who is very kind and help me Thu my appt.

I have been going to this office for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and professional. I recently had a cleaning and Connie does a great job, she is thorough but mindful. Highly recommended.

I was extremely pleased that the staff could get me an appointment on such short notice (I was having extreme wisdom teeth pain). I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen and when I met the staff, the technician, and Dr. Patel, all were extremely thorough and friendly and gentle. I was never left waiting on other patients or staff which was important to me as well. I will be a lifelong family member of this practice.

I was looking for a new dentist for my family which consists of three kids who are very hesitant about the dentist. After thorough research online, I came across Aiken Family Dentistry's website. Read the reviews and liked what I read and saw on their website. Requested an appointment for my oldest who was having gum/tooth problems and received an appointment the very next day. We were very impressed when we walked through the door. Staff was very friendly taking the time to introduce themselves. My son (who is 14) had lots of questions and the staff explained everything to him on a level he could understand which put him so much at ease. They took the time to get to know him and myself. The doctor was very kind and polite. He made an effort to talk to my son about his issues and ask him questions which made my son feel like he was important and like the doctor really cared about him and the problems that were going on. After the exam the doctor talked with both my son and I about the results outlining a plan and taking the time with us answering any questions we might have had. My son was very impressed and really liked the visit. I was able to schedule my other two children for their future appointments on the same day and time so they wouldn't miss so much school and I wouldn't miss so much work going back and forth. I was very pleased they were able to work with me regarding the scheduling. I would definitely recommend this practice!!!

Dr. Patel fixed the problems that i thought were unfixable.. i cant thank them enough.. they are truly talented and a blessing.. thanks once again :) I will make this my all time dentist!! Dr Patel and staff have treated me and my entire family for three years now. They are always thorough when we come in for check-ups and make coming to the dentist (something we don’t really WANT to do) an easy experience.

These guys are great! Prompt,polite and professional,they make me feel good about getting a tooth pulled even though it's a dreadful process to think about 😭I'd recommend any one in the area to Aiken Family dentistry. Five stars easily 😎

Have been using Aiken Family Dentistry for over four years. Dr .Patel is wonderful. He has done dental fillings, repaired broken teeth etc.
I have never been disappointed in his care.
The office staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’ve just started going and the service has been excellent, everyone is very friendly and professional. Elizabeth at the front counter is always so nice and helpful, and Dr. Patel has done great work for me. The dental assistants have all been very nice and it’s a nice a clam environment.
