My son and I really enjoyed our dental visit. They were well prepared for us. I just love the way they make time to get us both in at the same time. Also, the rooms are right across from each other so I can see and hear my son If he needs me. The staff was so nice and friendly. Adrianne did an AWESOME job on my choppers (teeth). My son enjoyed having the young lady ( I’m not sure what her name was) clean his teeth. Dr. Patel was very kind and cheerful when he came in to do his chopper checks. 🎩 off the the AWESOME team at Aiken Family Dentistry.

Dr. Patel and his staff are great. I have been a patient for several years. I recently went in for a procedure and Dr. Patel explained the procedure and allow me to ask questions. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would recommend you give Aiken Family Dentistry a try. You won’t regret it.

Another great office visit. Dr. Patel and his staff wonderful. The hygienists who cleans my teeth is awesome. I was able to get my teeth clean and have fillings done on the same day. Dr. Patel always make sure his patients understand the procedure being performed. Great dentist and great atmosphere.

Everyone was great. Kat worked directly with me and helped me so much as I got a wisdom tooth pulled. She answered all my questions and was so kind. This was my first time here and I really look forward to going back. The dentist was amazing and I didn’t even know he had pulled my tooth out already, that’s how great he was! I really would recommend this place to anybody. I can’t express enough how amazing they were. Everyone was very polite and professional. Very clean atmosphere. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience. Dr. Patel’s staff got me in for an appointment on short notice after another dentist office canceled my appointment. Dr. Patel has state of the art facilities nestled in a cozy downtown Aiken home. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Patel was excellent. He even called me at home the night after my root canal to check on me. Very impressive! I foresee this being my longstanding dental home.

I've been bringing my kids here for years. The staff is nice enough, they take wonderful Covid precautions, and the office is always super nice and clean! Getting seen takes awhile, ie this morning our appointment was at 830 am and we weren't seen until 910, and they schedule a ways out, however with everything going on, that's kinda to be expected. Then unfortunately the procedure wasn't able to be done due to fear within my 5 year old. They were extremely professional and helpful navigating towards the next step. I had already paid for the procedure to be done. When they had to refer us out I was informed that they couldn't refund the money to my debit card. That I had to wait 2 weeks for them to cut a paper check and mail it out to me. That was a bit frustrating because I don't have a lot of extra money laying around to cover the cost of seeing a specialist without having the previous fee paid back. I didn't get the option of waiting 2 weeks to make my payment, yet I have to wait that amount of time to see my refund. I will continue to use this office for my child's dental care. However, I would love to see some clerical adjustments happen to improve an already stressful experience for a family.

Connie was amazing very friendly and caring and kind she definitely knew what she was doing the reason for 1 star was the dentist his self he definitely needs to work on bedside manors!!! I have lost my bottom teeth and I saved my top teeth I have lupus Which is causing me to lose my teeth the doctor didn’t even recommend anything except you got to get four teeth pulled out and he threw my bottom dentures back down on the table and walked out didn’t recommend me to a place didn’t recommend me do anything he was pretty bad I had a meltdown in the office and thank goodness for Connie she was very sweet and caring I guess this is the type of dentist you only go to if you have a perfect set of teeth But Connie cleaned what teeth I had left and she did an amazing job so if you need your teeth cleaned I highly recommend her.I’m not sure why it showing a different name up at the top that is not my name but my name is Sondra!
