I had my first appointment here this morning. I have an autoimmune disease that affects saliva production, so I'm prone to dental problems. Even before I was diagnosed, I have always dreaded going to the dentist. My feelings have completely changed after coming to Family Dental Health! The staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist was wonderful and very gentle. Dr. Sonia was so nice and explained everything she was doing thoroughly. She was very aware and knowledgeable of my disease, so it made me comfortable to know I was in good hands. She sat down and we went over my X-Rays and developed a treatment plan together. Nobody made me feel pressured to make payments immediately and they made sure to go over every possible payment option, so I wasn't worried about the cost. Plus they give new patients a free whitening kit! I highly recommend this office!

As a person with EXTREME “Dentophobia”, finding a dentist who offered nitrous oxide was extremely important to me, at the same time finding one who also offered patience and kindness was a must... ALL of my requirements have been met here!
I was scheduled to see Dr. Carlton. Upon meeting her I felt as though she was meant JUST FOR ME! I had the same feeling when meeting Asst. Meagan Mercer and Hygienist Katie Kay. I appreciated how they all took the time to talk with me beforehand to understand the root of my fears, then during each procedure, kindly stopping to ask if I was OK. They were so patient.
Now, after several visits, I'm forming relationships/trust, and I'm beginning to experience an overall calm that I could NEVER have imagined. For the first time in over 40 years, I can see the possibility of future appointments without the need for nitrous... something I never thought I'd say!
Thank you, Family Dental, for helping me work through my fear and anxiety! I wouldn’t want to be anywhere but HERE!!! 😊💕

I had to get a tooth extracted for the first time in my life. Dr. Sonia and her assistant Audrey really made me feel like I was in safe hands. The rest of the staff that I met from the front desk to the payment terminal were extremely professional and also very friendly! This office is shaped like a house because when you walk in you become a part of their family. I plan on recommending this office to my friends!

Lynn and Dr. Benfield made my experience delightful. This was the first time I was to get fillings and they walked me through the entire process patiently and very professionally.
I was very impressed with their skills and teamwork- the process was very neat and nearly painless.
Based on my experience with Dr. Benfield and Lynn I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of dental work!

Best dentist I have ever been to. The staff make you feel so comfortable and are so friendly. The waiting room is beautiful and very inviting. The dental hygienists are wonderful and Dr. Tolbert is as well. They always are on your side and check with your insurance before doing anything! I love this dentist and am so happy when I’m there!

Always incredible service. Carol is the best- I had a migraine during my most recent appointment, and she dimmed the lights and gave me glasses to block excess light. She’s always beyond kind, but I really appreciated this extra effort. Everyone is always very friendly, I never have to wait for more than a few minutes, and I truly have noticed a significant improvement in my dental health since I started going to FDH. Such a great place!

Monday 12/21 was my first visit staff was super friendly and courteous. I didn't have a dentist or insurance , they have great options with their in house plan for dental service's, felt very comfortable Dr Bloomqust did my procedure no pain excellent job definitely recommend this group.
