Dr. Sonja, Audrey, & Crystal went above & beyond to get me in the day after my cavities were discovered because I was going to be going out of town. They rearranged their schedules to benefit me, how incredible! They then helped me with easy payments! 10/10 I will ALWAYS recommend!

I would recommend this Dentistry to anybody and everybody who possibly ever asked who the best dentist is in town. Dr. Tolbert has always been very understanding and extremely professional and very helpful in every way possible. The whole staff always goes above and beyond to perform the best customer service anyone could ever ask for, especially if you are someone who has anxiety about going to a dentist office.

They were very kind, and explained everything they were doing and why. They never made me feel like I was being judged or unwelcome, and this is a very important thing for me when choosing a healthcare provider. I have never had perfect teeth, and never will. I'm glad that this office is honest, but also sympathetic to their patients' dental background, financial situation, and overall feelings.

LaToya and Dr Shay Tolbert were amazing....this practice was referred from my a Nashville dds and I was amazed at how well they worked together as I have a Very sensitive mouth from a horse accident! The good Dr. has such a light hand he had the filling replaced before I even knew it! All the latest technology available I would recommend anybody as well as their entire family!

As always, reception desk efficient, pleasant, coming and going. Dr. Sonia and her assistant were welcoming, calmly and warmly proficient, professional, attentive to concerns. Options presented clearly. Reassuring in that could see, and they also took time to explain, full recommended precautionary guidelines being adhered to. Cheery comfortable sunlit exam rooms.

I’ve been to a number of dentists over the years, mostly for routine exams, but occasionally for more substantial reasons including crowns, root canals, and on rare occasion, a filling.
Family Dental has always had a prompt and attentive staff, skilled and efficient hygienists, and outstanding dental care.
Their prices are on par with other offices in town, but their friendly service and attention to detail are what set them apart.
I especially appreciate the extra research Dr. Tolbert did when I was considering an oral appliance as an alternative to a CPAP, as his concerns over TMJ risks were enough to dissuade me from going that route.
