We moved down to SC about 2 years ago, and this has been my go-to dentist ever since. It's a bit of a drive for us (about 30 minutes), but I keep coming back despite the commute. Andrea is great, Susan is great, Dr. Bloomquist is great, Dr. Sonia is great, Dr. Carlton is great - everyone's incredible at what they do, and they actually make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. What a concept!

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful! They fit me in for an emergency as a brand new never seen before patient from out of town. The staff was THE most courteous I’ve even had the pleasure of dealing with. Wensdy & Adlin a special shot out to y’all for making an emergency tooth extraction funny. Thanks to y’all and the whole team!

I have nothing but good things to say. Dr Sonia and her staff worked diligently to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me thoroughly. I’m phobic of needles and she was able to help me break through that and get my needed work done. I have a long road ahead and more work to be done, but the fear of it is no longer ruling my life now and I’m now looking forward to my next appointment. I will definitely be referring everyone in my household to this office.

The staff at Family Dental on Brushy Creek are AMAZING! I hate the dentist and it makes me so anxious but the staff always makes me feel calm and at ease and is so in tune to what I need. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Carol Smith has been my dental hygienist for several years. She’s thorough but in the most gentle way. I’ve sent my husband, brother and my oldest two children to her because I trust her so much. If you are looking for a caring hygienist then Carol should be your top choice.

Family Dental Health is the only dentist office I feel comfortable and safe at. Dr. Sonja and Carol always take such good care of me. When I've had fillings done there, they were always quick and did a great job. I have had some traumatic experiences at dental offices as a child but I have never looked forward to going to a dental appointment before now. Thanks Family Dental Health! You guys rock!

The premises are outstanding. My wife has respected the service she has received. Therefore here are just a couple of suggestions:
1) Replace the couch in the upstairs waiting room. It’s really ratty-looking & detracts from the rest of the office.
2) The acoustics are such that everything said, every laugh or giggle, can be heard like the employees are sharing your chair. It’s great to have a happy staff but a bit more sensitivity to patients who may be apprehensive about their pending medical procedure deserve more professional consideration.
Still, it’s obvious that this is a first class operation. I would be comfortable coming here for treatment.

Like many people, I do not like the dentist! I moved here a year ago and when an old filling fell out I knew I had to find a dentist. Doctor Sonia was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier. She listened to me and did not make me feel ridiculous for being anxious Her assistant (yikes forgot her name) was excellent, making sure i knew what would happen all during the procedure. i am so grateful to have found Dr Sonua and her practice. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have never been so happy at a dentist office. I hate going to the dentist. So when I came in I was already anxious. When I got to the chair, I was starting to get an anxiety attack. Emily noticed and tried to calm me down and assured me she would walk me through the whole process and stop if I was not comfortable. She waited until I was ready to start working on my teeth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have already booked my six month appt. with her. Their staff is so nice!
