This practice is awesome!!! The staff are so friendly and caring. I have had alot of issues with my teeth and unfortunately my temporary bridge broke again last night they were able to get me in that following morning. Missy and Raphael were so caring and understanding they took the time to fix it. This seems to be happening alot but Raphael explained to me it could be from grinding my teeth or just the fact I use my front teeth to eat. My teeth were in bad shape before i started coming here but with kara and Dr O'Neil and the rest of the staff they are trying there hardest to give me a better smile and a better quality of life. If your afraid of going to the dentist or like myself who was a single parent and didn't take care of my teeth. Please don't hesitate not to come here this place is exceptional!!!

I had my 1st visit yesterday at this place and it was a good experience I was nervous at first but my hygienist Mikaela made me feel comfortable, she explained me every step of what she was doing, even when I asked questions she had a good answer, I definitely recommend this place.

The attention and care from the hygienist and the dentist were great; as they clearly explained situations, showed me x-rays/pictures, and performed tasks. The communication, however, from when I set my appointment for an "x-ray/cleaning" all the way to asking questions about documents I was signing authorizing work to be done, was a bit confusing. I felt I wasn't informed of what the actual visit was for and when I had questions, it was met with negativity as if I were personally attacking someone's character. The work is fine, the communication could be improved.

I would recommend Dr. O'Neill to anyone! A couple of weeks ago, I had the worst tooth pain of my entire life. Turns out that I had to get a root canal, and I was so scared that it would hurt. I felt no pain, and the entire staff made me feel relaxed and at ease. My pain was immediately gone. I was embarrassed because I had not been to the dentist in two years and I knew I had multiple cavities as well, but Dr. O'Neill and the staff made me feel so much better about it. Definitely recommend this practice!

If you have TMJ or need a new dentist, go see Dr. Mark Harris at Southeast Tennessee Family Dental. His expertise with TMJ allows me to chew again!!! The hygienist is very knowledgeable and kind. Every one there is pleasant and helpful.
