I had braces 15 years ago and then yesterday my bottom retainer breaks, the cement broke off leaving the wire in my month lose. I didn't know who to call and it was a Friday afternoon. A friend recommended Tennessee Family Dental and they are open on Saturday too! I called them and they set an appointment up for me at 11am. I arrived this morning and it was wonderful! They were able to see me, re-cement my retainer and I was out the door. I'm so grateful!!

This was my first visit and I had a great experience, it was for x-rays and a cleaning. My wait time in the lobby was minimal (5 min at the max). My dental hygienist was friendly and did an excellent job. The dr came in at the end to review my x-rays with me and explained everything clearly and in detail. The whole appt. lasted about 1hr 10 min. I'm glad to have found a great dental office close to home and one that is open on Saturday's.

Took me on a Saturday with an extremely infected upper premolar, prescribed oral antibiotic, and got me through the weekend. Came back following Tuesday and that’s where the news got worse. Extract tooth was apparently the best option.
Dr Mark Harris is nice and professional. Referred me to a specialist who
told me he could not do what I wanted done. Went back and had Dr Harris
extract tooth, and fill hole in jaw with ground bone graft & suture up the incision. 6 weeks later I came back for follow up and was told by their office that procedures in the $2000+ range could not be paid in pmts - company policy. After some calling around I had 3 appts scheduled with dentists who DO accept pmt plans for crowns, implants and bridges. Not ALL insurance plans cover these procedures.
Nice dentist, friendly staff but stick-in-the-mud financial policy! 3 stars at best!!!!😖

Great Service. Very thorough, both the the dentist and assistant was informational and took the time to explain the process to resolve my cavities and wisdom tooth extraction and keep a healthy mouth.

I found this dentist after having one of my teeth break and needing a new dentist (after way too long without one). Ever since that first visit, they have been the kindest, most considerate staff and dentists I could have ever asked for. Everything is explained up front, and they go out of their way to make me feel at ease.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a repair done on a 27-yr-old retainer, on which the glue has been holding on 3/4 teeth for more than 20 years. One tooth needed repaired, which was done quickly and not very efficiently. The glue on that tooth broke off again this weekend, after less than 6 months. I feel I should get a proper repair free of charge given the poor quality of repair the first time.

I had a big cavity that was causing me a bad pain. I asked if I can do a filling for it the same day that I had my six months cleaning and the doctor was very quick and agreed to work on it the same day. I got my cleaning and my filling done in no time. The staff is very friendly and caring, they made me feel very welcomed and happy. I really recommend them!!!

I was so appreciative that the office fit me in when I discovered that my former dentist no longer accepted my dental insurance and I was having significant tooth pain. The staff were very polite and worked to help secure a plan for my issue. This will definitely become my family's dental practice now.

Great place. I developed an abscessed tooth while on vacation in Nashville. My regular dentist was on vacation herself, so I couldn't get the antibiotics I needed. After calling several dentist offices that couldn't get me in, I found TFD and they we're able to get me in early the next morning. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good experience even with the amount of pain I was in. Would definitely recommend them.

The staff was excellent and the atmosphere was comfortable/inviting. Throughout my visit, Dr. O'Neill was competent, professional, and thorough and I appreciated how he spent time explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Based on my experience, I would recommend Dr. O'Neill at Tennessee Family Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist who cares about his patients.

I recently went in for a cleaning. I dont like getting dental work done but this was a very good experience. I had none of the usual waiting room time like moat doctors, I got right in. Staff was very friendly and made it a great experience. Lori did my cleaning and was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend TFD to my friends and family.
