I visited Dr. Botts' office yesterday to have a wisdom tooth pulled. As usual, the team was wonderful!. All of the staff are caring people. I would like to make a special mention of Laura and Brittany of Dr. Botts office. These 2 ladies are always very attentive, comforting and knowledgeable about the procedures that I am foregoing, the equipment used, the healing time, etc. Laura normally deadens me to prepare me for my procedures. She did not have to do that this time, so she stayed with me (as I was very nervous) to calm me down and let me know exactly what to expect during this procedure. Brittany came to assist Dr. Botts. Not only was she great at assisting the doctor throughout the procedure, but she held my hand, she coaxed me into calming down and she talked to me to take my mind off of the pain that I was bound to experience. These 2 ladies are terrific. I am very lucky to have such a wonderful group of people at my chosen dentist facility.

I love Botts Dental Spa. This is saying a lot considering I am generally less than fond of the dentist! Everyone in the office is very pleasant and accommodating. Laura my hygienist is great! She puts me at ease even when she scolds me about flossing :-). She genuinely cares and I feel like she's more like a friend than the one scraping gunk off my teeth! I definitely recommend Botts Dental Spa!

My wife and I have been visiting Dr. Botts since he opened. He and his staff are the best. His assistants are really great and I always feel good when I leave the office. I have recommended Dr. Botts to my friends and I would recommend that you also give him a visit. Before Dr. Botts I dreaded going to the dentist. Now I know I will be recognized, put at ease, and given professional care. Actually, he is the first and only Dr. I have ever recommended to someone. I trust him and look forward to seeing him succeed. He is one of the good ones.

Such a wonderful place! Dr. Botts and his assistant, Nadia, have always been very patient and professional during my visits. I like the fact that Dr. Botts always shares his knowledge with his assistant(s) during the procedure. For that reason, I am comfortable with any answers that his staff may provide should I have any questions.
From the moment you enter the office, you are greeted with a warm welcome from Kim and Sam always has a smile.
