Botts Dental Spa

This is by far the best Dentist office I've ever been to! Not only are the staff and Dr. Botts very friendly, but they having such a caring and personal bedside manner that makes you feel like family! I would recommend them to anyone! My kids also LOVE visiting and look forward to their cleanings every 6 months!

Walked in and just as the description says, peaceful. Not your average dentist office. Outstanding customer service and care on my teeth. First of my many visits to come. Also the hand wax was amazing! Be sure to try it while the care team does their thang.

Dr. Botts and the team are exceptional. Each of the ladies are extremely personable, creating an inviting atmosphere for those of us not so fond of going to the dentist. I would highly recommend to anybody looking!

As a new patient, I chose Botts Dental Spa simply based on the name. I'm a spa kind of girl so I figured if they were bold enough to name their business such it would probably have a warm fuzzy feel at least. But upon my visit they more than met my expectations, they WOWED me! Not only was the atmosphere indicative of a spa, the office from front to back was first class and state of the art equipment was used. The energy from the staff to Dr. Botts was relaxing and calming.

I'm currently physically challenged and as I was struggling to get in the front door Diane at the front desk stopped what she was doing to kindly come and assist me. She continued to leave her work area to come to answer questions and pick up my forms to alleviate my painful steps back and forth.

My wait time was short as Jill one of Dr. Botts assistants was my Hero of the day, She not only came upfront to get me, she carried my purse, gentle took my hand to help me walk. She took my x-rays and was so sweet and attentive through the entire process. They even offer you a warm neck wrap while in the chair.

Upon meeting Dr. Botts, it was apparent that his staff complimented him well as he too was warm, gentle and very thorough.

Lastly, I met Paige the office manager who reviewed financial information, treatment plans, set-up my follow up appointment and get this.... Gave my hands a wonderful wax treatment at no cost to me! Upon leaving Jill met me coming out the door and help me all the way to my car. (They go way beyond the call of duty.) I left feeling that they had made my day so much more enjoyable.

I'm so happy I picked Botts Dental Spa as my dental clinic of choice. For the first time in my life I'm now looking forward to going to the dentist instead of dreading it.

Let’s be honest no one likes going to the dentist, but this place is amazing. Not only are the office and facilities modern, organized, clean, and relaxing, but the entire staff is wonderful. They are very thorough with their work but surprisingly gentle and make sure you are comfortable from the moment you arrive. Without a doubt the best dentist office I have ever been to.

Excellent service from start to finish! Kim has great customer service. Nadia and Samantha were awesome while assisting Dr. Botts during my procedure. You have a new client. I highly recommend his services!

This is a great dental office, very relaxing. The staff is awesome. You are treated like family and when you walk in they know who you are and always take time to catch up. Just saw Laura for my semi-annual cleaning and as always it was relaxing and efficient. Dr B. checks on you and you're on your way.
