I've been a patient for less than 2 years, but have had crown work in addition to regular checkups. Dr. Botts spends the time to do a thorough exam at each regular checkup, clearly sincerely cares about his patients, and performed the more involved crown work (two!) with complete satisfaction. Hygienists are cheerful, friendly, and professional, as are the office staff. Agree with other reviews, too, that the practice space is the nicest I've been in.

I have been going here for about 4 years and have told everyone I know that they are the best. The environment is calm, the ladies are always so friendly and Dr. Botts is great as well. My husband hates going to the dentist and he trusts them completely. Also, we moved an hour away and we still make the drive to go here!

Dr. Botts and his staff are very friendly, customer focused and professional. I felt really safe, although the pandemic is not quite over, because of the cleanliness of their facility. He makes sure that you are comfortable and pain free during any procedure(s).

I can't say enough good about Botts Dental Spa. With someone who has less than perfect teeth, I was hesitant about getting my check ups. Dr. Botts always takes time to address all my concerns. Laura, one of their great hygienist, takes great strides to make sure I'm as comfortable and relax as possible. I honestly look forward to all appointments and my dental anxiety has been greatly reduces. Great team, great atmosphere, and amazing service! Very military friendly as well! Highly recomend for anyone that is scared of the dentist!

I genuinely love this dental office! They are so efficient, nice, and the office is always clean! I never have to wait long for my appointments at all either! And the front desk staff are so nice! They send text reminders and are always willing to help if I need to reschedule. I look forward to my yearly cleanings because it’s like going to the spa only for my teeth. 🤗
